I had the pleasure of knowing Carl Becker Senior and Junior. I still remember waiting in their shop after closing while Carl Jr. would finish adjusting my cello. His patience and attention to detail were amazing. it didn’t matter that I was just a student he treated me as if I were Yo-Yo Ma.
