Thank you! Even iphone tech support could not help me. They were trying to set me up an appoinment to go to the Apple store. It took me 2 hours to figure out what the heck is wrong with my phone. I remember turning on my switch control for work and it never helped anyway. So yes getting into settings to the switch control was quit a challenge but eventually it worked!
