I remember turning on my switch control for work and it never helped anyway. So yes getting into settings to the switch control was quit a challenge but eventually it worked!
You are my hero, the only solution works on the internet, but I tapped in the back of my i13, not in the front like you did. It’s also hard for me to tapped in the front, it needs practice.

@@lisamorssink u can fix it took me an hour but basically your ganna have to individually tap on the screen or however the blue box moves until u hit every single section intill u can unlock it sorry hasn’t happen since two years ago that’s what a can remember
