Just seeing this but yes you are correct. I purchased mines same time as you and no videos were out at the time. I used 1/2 distill and 1/2 water to stop the noise. It's been working fine for me. I didn't think about putting a video out but thinks for sharing
Hi and thank you for taking time to learn how to use this streamer then share a video with an actual demonstration. So many here just talk. So I am gonna follow you. My question is it still working the way it did a year ago? Thank you and wishing you a wonderful new year and opportunities.
A deep conditioning cap is a hair tool that uses heat to allow hair treatments to penetrate the hair cuticle and shaft. This allows for a more intense conditioning experience. Google is a great source for questions like this. Hope i answered your question
I USE REGULAR WATER. FROM THE SINK. YOU CAN USE DISTILLED BUT THATS PRICEY. NOT SURE WHY I DONT GET ALERTS FOR YOU ALL QUESTIONS IM SORRY FOR LATE RESPONSE
Coco Curls&Coils hey many have been asking i believe they sold out or discontinued there isn’t anymore on amazon i will try to search for another and post for you all but mine came from amazon
Hi thanks for the review where can I get it and how much was it. Also does it ONLY ise distilled water or can I use filteted water and / or reverse osmosis water? Does it ever leal and what don't you like @ it? What do you love most @ it. Does it reach the full back or nape of the neck when it is pulled down and over your head? Pls respond Thanks
A question, so when the client has treatment on their hair and then a plastic cap over the hair so when the steamer is on it makes water dripping to their face from their hair and the plastic cap. How to you keep their face dry from the dripping water and not get burn? Also, What’s the temperature ? Doesn’t it burn the clients forehead ?
The plastic tube that's in the middle of the metal part is melted... I didn't put enough water in the cup(located at the back).. can I replace only the plastic tube?
How did that part melt? It’s far from the boiling part? I’m not technician can’t tell you how to fix or change parts just showing how the steamer works for me. You should contact the company but honestly that part should be able to be swapped out because it comes out but again just sharing what i think
How is this steamer holding up for you? Any leaks? Is it still sturdy? Would you buy it again or spend more for a better option? Please answer I've been searching and doing research trying to find something that will last me and give me the most bang for my buck. Ya kno ☺
Amelia ~ i love it i still use it. I think the leaking people refer to is the steam itself if their head is directly on it the mist turns into water and leaks down the face but i don’t put the actual skin on it i just have the hair in it or if it’s a child i wrap a towel around their forehead to then neck and do far I’ve had no complaints. I would purchase again, would refer it. The only problem you’ll have is the beeping noise if it’s too much water or not enough but i learned how to make sure it’s enough. I love it i promise
Thanks for video! I just purchased mine and it makes the loud beep despite having enough water in it. And when I turn the nozzle on power button lights up and then immediately shut off. Any idea why?
jaiden123ful of course but i always use shower caps for sanitation purposes and the caps just locks in moisture for that intense deep condition. It also keeps from leaking conditioner, oil or protein treatment on their face. So lots of benefits using caps.
Janii Denise hey the one i posted is sold out now they have different brands on amazon. You may can google hair steamer and see if any other companies have it
Sorry for some reason i didn’t get an alert for your comment were you able to figure it out? The extra water from which piece the steamer itself or the Clear cup under the hood? Both can easily come off but let me know if you figured it out or need me

Thank you for the information and as a client ,My hair felt amazing after the treatment !you are an amazing Hairstylist Highly recommend you!
About Sonia thank you so much!!!
Thank your for the vid! I’m trying to research getting myself a hair steamer
DID YOU EVER FIND ONE??
If your steamer is still beeping. Use tap water instead of distill water it will stop instantly. The sensor can’t read the pH of the distill water.
Thanks boo
Oh wow, this one looks better than the 🇬🇧 one. Nice video BTW, and you look nice too. Stay blessed 😉🙏🏿

@@NikitaMarie I am happy to hear that. Thanks
Why put the plastic cap on the ladies head then block the steam from getting all the way through to the hair??

Great video, I just received my. Do I put water Inside the square pocket, along with water in the cup?
Renee Mapp no only in the top. There’s a piece you pop out. The square will fill up on its own but you don’t put water in there.
@@NikitaMarie Ok,Thank you. Greatly appreciated!!
How to remove leftover water I love the product I buy two days ago !
you just pull the tube out but tubes come slide out

Hey is this easy to fold and transport?

Also, What’s the temperature ? Doesn’t it burn the clients forehead ?
Tie a towel around their head and secure it with a rubber band it won’t fall on their skin only the towel
Thanks for the video! Does this steamer steam the back of the hair well too?
It steams all around in circular motion
Is it easy to fold and take with you to the salon?
the hood folds down but I wouldn't travel with it back and forth. you can but me personally I wouldn't but its easy to carry and set up
The plastic tube that's in the middle of the metal part is melted... I didn't put enough water in the cup(located at the back).. can I replace only the plastic tube?

And it’s not pricey at all so i think you’ll save and get more money back adding onto services if you are a stylist

SORRY IM LATE!!! YES IT ITS TOO MUCH OR TOO LESS WATER IT WILL BEEP. SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO TURN THR KNOB OVER WAIT A SEC AND START IT AGAIN

Can hair steamer be used daily? Or How many times a week can you use hair streamer ? ... Please reply
Every 2 weeks you can do a deep condition treatment using the steamer or every month
Can you provide the link to the item?
Hey i provided but it’s sold out you can type in hair steamer and can find one similar.
Can it be used without putting on steam cap on the client
jaiden123ful of course but i always use shower caps for sanitation purposes and the caps just locks in moisture for that intense deep condition. It also keeps from leaking conditioner, oil or protein treatment on their face. So lots of benefits using caps.

Can this also be used as a regular hair dryer?
No since the point would be to use steam to force moisture into your hair/scalp.
DEF NOT LOL YOU WILL MESS UP ANY STYLE THATS NOT GOING TO STAY WET
How do you dump the excess water ?
Sorry for some reason i didn’t get an alert for your comment were you able to figure it out? The extra water from which piece the steamer itself or the Clear cup under the hood? Both can easily come off but let me know if you figured it out or need me
Mines started leaking water from the base. How do I drain the excess water?
I used this on my sister and the hair was shiny
steamer is healthy so that should be a great thing
