My son just started a career in underwater construction last week. It may not be as glamorous as poking puffer fish but he found a way to make money underwater to pay for his scuba recreation.
Lady, you are absolutely correct regarding dive related web sites!!! I remember way back in the day I created my first site coding directly using HTML in notepad!!! So many side shop sites look like they were created back in 1995!!! 🤢 😂. I’ve always heard that a great way to make a small fortune is to open a dive shop using a large fortune!!! 😜
I am a dive master and I plan to start my diving carreer doing underwater films and photography. The only problem is that here in Argentina is very, very expensive. I love your videos, tips and advices. Congrats!!!
The old joke about how do you make a $1000000.00 as a scuba instructor? You start with $2000000.00. I definitely enjoy instructing, but it’s something that location definitely influences your earning potential.

I get paid to maintain mooring chains and the occasional expense anchor recovery. I charge around 100hr but after all my gear and the boat and my slip I basically break even because it’s my part time gig.
I would love to be a instructor, divemaster oneday . i do underwater photography, i love it!... but i was thinking, on a way to set up trips with groups of people around my area and make a profit off of it and go diving. What is your thoughts?

Commercial diving is a great money maker! It’s extremely hard and dangerous work. Definitely deserves the high pay check👏

That’s exactly it. My pet peeve are sites that aren’t mobile friendly. It’s 2024. Everyone is using their phones 😆

Absolutely. There are so many factors. That’s why I like teaching people to combine it with income sources online

I am a retired PADI master instructor most of my adult life and I’m here to tell you, you will never make money in scuba. Never.
