I have a gen 1 busa deristricted they're awesome to ride Hayabusa is Japanese for peregrine falcon which do hunt blackbirds for my birthday this year I had the lego BMW 1000rr off the wife and for Christmas I had the lego MT10 I enjoyed this video Glen 👌👍🏻
Really enjoyed this one Glenn! Would be happy to see more model content here. I think for any of us that's been into the RC hobby, we have all dabbled in similiar areas like models at some point.
Nice collection. I rode sport bikes for 30 years. My last bike was The Honda CBR XX Blackbird 1100. It’s worthy of the collection of its available. Another dream bike of mine is the ‘91 Ninja 750 RR. Damn is that a good looking bike.
That Yamaha MotoGP bike is from Minichamps. I have collected way too much of those, both MotoGP and Superbikes (before getting back into RC buggies). Expensive, but stunning indeed. Spark Models also offers some beautiful 1:12 die cast motorcycle models. All the best in 2024!
I think the bikes look amazing although it would probably look better if the stand had a taller spacing so that they are not mixed into each other in view.
As a motorcyclist myself I really enjoyed it. I was actually searching for the Tamiya 1/12 Dakar BMW R80 GS and the Honda NXR 750 bike kits just recently. Have a great New Year Glenn.
Nice Glenn, I've got a grand prix legends collection of the majority of Rossi's (46) bikes, die cast £££!! I also have a couple of other riders bikes all in a glass display cabinet. Those of yours look good with the increasing levels.👍👍
No problems here. Nice collection. I worked for a while at an Iron ore mine down here, with a guy from Yorkshire. I was forever ribbing him about working in t' pit . He had plenty to rib me about so it was all good.
Love all the bikes! Always been into them as a kid and have owned several over the years. I just bought a new Kawasaki ZX-14R for my midlife crisis 😆 very cool video👍🏻
They look great. The doctors yam and duc so good 😎 I actually know the owner of Rossi's moto gp Ducati.👌 I think they need to be a bit higher on each level so you can see them . Happy New Year Cheers John
Hi Glenn, very interesting and great looking models.on a side note. i have seen no mention this year of the secret santa at all. have you? did he go with a different hobby this year perhaps?
I worked as a motorcycle mechanic for a couple years and got to ride several awesome super bikes. My favorite was the hayabusa with nitrous, and the cbr 1000 rr which was coined the 1 liter duc eater.. oh and can’t forget the zx14 kaw
I didn't know you were (or are) a biker! I've had bikes for almost 30 years so I love this! I have a small collection of race bike models, mostly Valentino Rossi, they're in the roof space in a box. I'm thinking I should copy you and get them on display! Thanks for the video and happy new year!
Brilliant Glenn! As an owner of ten 1:1 scale bikes including a Suzuki GSX-R 1000R (like your model) I too have a collection of 1:12 scale bike models. I've built the Tamiya models over the years but due to my scale model nerdiness, I can only bring myself to buy the Minichamps diecast as they are superb replicas and something to aspire to when building kits. But as you said, they are now eye wateringly expensive.... In answer to your question regarding the display, I have to say that they are too tightly packed in my opinion. Each one should have it's own bit of space to be fully appreciated. Happy New Year to you and keep bringing us your great content in 2024 mate.
I collect die casts, hot wheels, F1 cars, racing livery signage, Lego cars… If it has to do with Motorsport, I’m in!! I think your bikes are cool and will look great in your display.
I’ve got a collection of every 64-72 Chevy Chevelle hot wheel and matchbox ever made.. nothing wrong with collectibles. Hayabusa is gsx1300r.. their only bike that the r comes after the engine designation.
Oh gawwwd, his spring has finally sprung. Being around all those cars for so long has sent him off his onion and he’s beginning to trade in his beloved collection for ten, tuppenny-h’apenny metal bikes…. :) :) I jest of course mate and even though I’m no fan of the full sized things, those models of bikes are amazing! But, without wanting to be rude, you’re the last person on this planet that I’d assume needed ANOTHER collection-based hobby :) :) Best of luck with that and the entire new year mate
Hm, meh! 🤷♂️ Although im a passionate motorcyclist myself i dont see the value in them. Especually the cheaper ones. They only look somewhat decent from afar. Once you see them up close they just look crude because of all that missing detail. Of course that means if you want really nice looking ones you have to invest quite a bit of money which i wouldn't do as well, and at that point i couldn't care less. I see the cheaper models more as a toy for boys of 10 years or so who can play with them and not destroy them instantly, but not as models which look good on display, because they do not imho. But this is just my opinion, and you do what you like.
Loved this Glenn.
My last bike was a Suzuki TLR1000 Corona..
Gauranga

Well l could not stop watching Glenn! Super cool and we still got to see some cars in shot!
Happy healthy new year everyone!
Fantastic. I've looked at getting at least one of these as well, really nice detail. I used to have the 2007 Fireblade (1:1)... god I miss those days!
Nice to see these, no complaints here 😀 Happy new year to you
Glenn!
Really enjoyed this one Glenn! Would be happy to see more model content here. I think for any of us that's been into the RC hobby, we have all dabbled in similiar areas like models at some point.
Look great. Maybe a little more height for each motorcycle to spread them out vertically a bit more. Great collection.
Always good to have something else in a collection. I’m just about to finish a build of a DeAgostini Rossi 1/4 scale YZR-M1
They look sweet, i agree. They look clutterd in there, they will look better over 2shelves 👌
Cool bikes!

Awesome diecast collection. Agree, they will look fab in those display cabinets. It's like you now have your own Beatties in your basement! :)
I think the bikes look amazing although it would probably look better if the stand had a taller spacing so that they are not mixed into each other in view.
Very cool. Enjoyed the video and the bikes!

I used to collect Harley’s and other vintage motorcycles. Still got a few put away.. great collection Glenn.. happy new year brother
Awesome bike collection

Yeah I believe he’s all good, he’s having a well deserved break 😅
Expected OWO1, NC30, GSXR SP, ZXR750, 888 SUPERBIKE ETC. 80's early 90s bikes.
Very cool 😎

NIce Video Glenn, it doesn't have to be 100% RC related all the time
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Big light on lol
Awesome! Love it 👍…. Do you have a full size bike at the moment and if so which one?👍👍
I don’t unfortunately 🤕
I collect die casts, hot wheels, F1 cars, racing livery signage, Lego cars…

Very Interesting 🤔 I collect diecast but you got my attention with a good idea a Guinness for U 😎🇧🇸
Great video Glenn never knew you were a biker! Bikes rallying and RC are my passion Happy New year here's to another great year for both TL and RCL. 👍
No I like them in that cabinet like that
I’ve got a collection of every 64-72 Chevy Chevelle hot wheel and matchbox ever made.. nothing wrong with collectibles. Hayabusa is gsx1300r.. their only bike that the r comes after the engine designation.
I liked this video Glen something different 👍
It’s funny how many similar hobbies all us rc people have. My diecast collection is as large and as crazy as my rc collection

I'd watch you pod peas. I've been on a similar spree buying 1/24 Jada cars.
I would spread them out and put rider figures on them
Would like to see you get a KTM in the collection of these bikes as well...
Hm, meh! 🤷♂️

Where is the zx10r or H2r , you need a bit of team green in there Glen ?
Give me the 959 then you can use 2 shelves
Sounds like a plan lol 🤣👊🏻
No Kawasaki?
It’s coming 😅👊🏻
