1/2/2023 - Made the fish as one of my New Year dinners. The fish was full of flavors and my girls loved it. One of them picked up the fish bone and said “cleaned”. 😂. I will be making this as part of my meal rotation. Thank you for the recipe.

My seabass was the sane size about, but unfortunately in 25 minutes the fish was still very raw. I had to open the foil pocket and cook more 20 mins as I was bloody hungry to wait longer . The taste was great
