Most of us have just sat back, kept our wallets closed, our mouths shut and just haven't watched any of this Disney sh!t. The best way to help dig the grave of Disney.
By actually watching their shit and confirming the quality of the product is cementing the doom for Disney. The more we cry about it, the deeper they dig their grave. The more series they release, the bigger their loss is. They are losing billions on being woke. It’s actually a good thing that we have Disney+. They will never admit to “hey, we were wrong, we shouldn’t have made Disney political, we are sorry”. By release more and more they are spilling the truth more and more. Soon a crash will happen and they will be dissolved and filing for bankruptcy.
It’s hard because I absolutely love the old Star Wars and the expanded universe stuff. I’ve read a lot of the books and such too. Just dropping it like I never liked it is impossible. I don’t watch the newer stuff and I don’t really buy Star Wars merch but I can’t say with a straight face that I’m not interested in the franchise at all if that makes sense.

I’ve been hearing the theory a lot lately that Star Wars was always a male fan phenomenon- that’s not my recollection of the first 3. I was 19 when the first one was released- there were lines around the block for months and it was anything but all boys. The young women my age were as enamored with it as everyone else - Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill posters, tee shirts, etc were gobbled up by young women - they watched it 3 times like half the country. It captivated EVERYONE. It was a great story and it was completely different from anything that had come before it in film.
Most young women are interested in watching charismatic, good looking young men. Not lesbians -nothing wrong lesbians - It’s just biology.
Using the term "Review Bomb" like it's an attack on a certain community or POC is pathetic, when it's just more disappointed fans airing their frustration.
Disparu had a nice thumbnail, the dress the lead actress was wearing was very flattering. That's about all I have to say in regards to positive things even tangentially related this show.
I never ceases to amaze me how Hollywood can make really attractive women look ugly, although most of them ruin it as soon as they open their mouths and crap out their opinions. The lead actress seems to be trying to win an award for most insufferable witch in interviews. She even made me forget the name of that snow white girl, genuinely.

It feels so refreshing to not watch any thing new from Disney Star Wars. I was so upset they ruined it and I could barley watch any of it. Now that I have realized they killed it for good and I have zero desire to watch any of it, I feel relieved to be done with it.

Ewan and Hayden were like schoolboys on the set of the prequels. Lightsaber noises giddy laughter in dress rehearsals and make up, they were over the moon being a part of Star Wars. These people wake up and confuse Anakin and Luke and probably have to be told constantly: it's Star WARS...WARS....not Trek.
If you can't even answer one of the most basic questions you get asked, it just showes your competence.

not seen the acolyte, not planing to see it as star wars is dead to me other than maybe the odd game but if we take a look at ashoka, its so horribly written that:
remove ashoka, the ending will be the same, bad guys get the orb, rescue thrawn and leaves the good guys behind.
but heres my largest gripe with it, based on rebels, thrawn is a mastermind promoted to grand admiral by the emporor himself, which matches the extended universe.
ashoka: he does so many mistakes, doesent send a larger force to just wipe out the rebels or even just expedite the depature and leave them behind, he actually gave them room to resist. the only reason why / if we're getting a season 2 of ashoka is due to thrawns stupidity which is goes against thier own source material.
I just love how when my facebook feed at work is all positive and glowing about a show, I know exactly what to expect 😂
