Pink Lady - Cocktail Recipe

Another all-time classic, tangy and smooth at the same time : here is the gorgeous Pink Lady and her glorious foam head.🍸✨
Don't let her fool you with her color, this tipple got some attitude !
PINK LADY
• 22.5 ml / 0.75 oz - Lemon juice
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz - Simple syrup
• 7.5 ml / 0.25 oz - Grenadine syrup
• 60 ml / 2 oz - London Dry Gin
• Shake 10 seconds, strain back into shaker and throw the ice away
• Add an egg white
• Dry shake without ice 15 seconds and pour into a chilled Coupe glass
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry
• And enjoy !
