It touched my heart to hear Johnny Deep relating to the parents and children who are suffering in the hospitals and how difficult life can be for them on a daily basis. Talk about heroic!
Awkward Angelito Nope, the kids admitted that he was not that kind of person, not even a little. Michael Jackson was analysed by psychologist Dr. Katz who was assigned to the case and it was confirmed that he didn't find him to be an abuser, nor did he fit the profile
Justxfied I can't deny that he is controversial but i really REALLY wouldn't say he has a bad name. He is known for his impact on music and dance and how iconic he is. Even his name alone is iconic!
When I was 9 I was recovering from orthopedic surgery. Richard Simmons (yes, that Richard Simmons) was doing a publicity thing tour of the hospital. He did a workout show in the cafeteria, and did all the things he needed to do for the camera. When the media left he went to each and every room in the hospital, and made sure to talk with every kid there. I was too stitched up to move, so he came and sat by my bed and joked with me and my parents. A very small act of kindness that has stayed with me for 35 years.
I really think he should've been on the list, and also for making Neverland a place for families all over the world to come and enjoy life. The problem is, sadly, the unfair controversies that surround that.
I actually know Stephen Graham (actor with Johnny Depp at hospiptal) and THAT guy is the most humble man you could ever hope to meet , he has an amazing story.
A six-year old with leukemia wished to meet Hellboy so Ron Perlman sat through four hours of makeup to meet the kid in his full getup. It was a pretty sweet gesture.
1986: Michael set up the "Michael Jackson UNCF Endowed Scholarship Fund". This $1.5 million fund aimed to help students majoring in performance art and communications, with money given each year to students attending a UNCF member college or university. February 28, 1986: After having had a heart-transplant, 14-year-old Donna Ashlock from California got a call from Michael. He had heard that she was a big fan of his and told her that she had an invite to his home as soon as she was feeling better. This visit took place on March 8th. Donna stayed for dinner, chatted and watched a movie with Michael. October, 1986: ‘Michael's Pets’, a line of stuffed animals which were all modelled after Michael Jackson's pet menagerie, were released onto the market. Michael requested that one dollar from each purchase be donated to a children's charity. September 13, 1987: Michael supported the efforts of the NAACP, to fight prejudice against black artists.

July 16, 1988: Before a concert at Wembley Stadium in London, Michael met Charles, the Prince of Wales and his wife Diana. He handed over a cheque for £450,000 pounds (£150,000 for the Prince's Trust, and £300,000 pounds for the children's hospital at Great Ormond Street). He also contributed to the ‘Wishing Well Fund’, established to help finance the construction of a new building for London's Hospital for Sick Children. Michael toured the hospital and visited some of the young patients. July 20, 1988: Michael visited terminally ill children at Great Ormond Street Hospital. At a unit for less critical patients he stayed a little longer and told the children a story. August 29, 1988: On his 30th birthday Michael performed a concert in Leeds, England for the charity "Give For Life", which helps to immunise children. Michael presented a cheque for £65,000 pounds which contributed towards helping immunise 40,000 children.
Just a few things.. July 5, 1984: Michael Jackson and his family held a press conference about the ticket distribution system for the ‘Victory Tour’. During his speech, he announced, "Finally, and most importantly, I want you to know that when I first agreed to tour, I decided to donate all the money I make from our performances to charity." Three charities benefited from Michael's generosity: ‘Camp Good Times’ for terminally ill children, the ‘T.J. Martell Foundation for Leukemia and Cancer Research’, and ‘The United Negro College Fund’ which went on to establish the ‘Michael Jackson Scholarship Fund’. By 1988, this Fund had provided scholarships for 70 students at UNCF member schools. July 21-23, 1984: The Jacksons, whilst performing in Jacksonville, Florida entertained eight children suffering from incurable diseases. Fourteen-year-old Malanda Cooper, a young victim who had only a short time to live, wrote to the Mayor asking to meet Michael. Michael subsequently met her backstage prior to a performance. Later 700 disadvantaged children were treated to the show. July, 1984: The Jacksons performed at Texas Stadium in Dallas, and donated 1200 tickets valued at $39,000 to underprivileged children. December 13, 1984: Michael visited the Brotman Memorial Hospital, where he had been treated when he was seriously burned during the producing of a Pepsi commercial. He donated all the money he received from Pepsi, $1.5 million, to the Michael Jackson Burn Center for children. January 28, 1985: Michael Jackson was one of the first artists to arrive at ‘A&M Lion Share Studios’ for the now historic recording which brought dozens of nationally acclaimed artists together in the hope of alleviating famine in Africa. In an all night session, the largest-grossing single in the history of the recording arts, ‘We Are The World’, was recorded, spawning a videocassette and a book, all the proceeds of which were put towards famine relief efforts. The result? $60 million dollars were channelled directly to the countries most affected. Michael Jackson contributed to the effort not only as a featured artist, but he also co-wrote the song with Lionel Ritchie and recorded the demo tracks that were distributed to the participating artists.

michael raped no children. he was proved innocent on both occasions. he had a very child like mentality because of his father's mistreatments when he was a kid. what evidence is your "child rape culture" based on? a single newsreport headline you read 10 years ago while doing no further research?
Michael Jackson is INNOCENT ill say it again INNOCENT! He was never ever GUILTY, Most of the fathers wanted the MONEY! Because at the time Michael was worth 500 million dollars, one of fathers even said in a phone call to someone "It will ruin him, Ill get ever THING I WANT! He won't sell another album again!" Just because he never got 20 million dollars from Michael! So the father said Michael touch his son which Michael Jackson never actually did! Why do you Haters only point out the bad things about Him? And never point out the GOOD, NICE, KIND things he did like BROO Michael is one of the Nicest people you could ever met! Also Michael Jackson went to More Children Hospitals then he did he's concents! Michael have tried to make the world a better place but all you want to do is make the world a hate place! Michael Jackson actually wrote songs that had Meanings! Like BRUHH i can name 3 songs right now (Man in the mirror, Heal the world, We are world) Yeah thats right Michael wrote *We are the world* and yes someone else did help write it to! Also ill have you know who is the Original King Of Pop. Yeah Michael is!. You haters just need to stop it and love him for what he have done for me and for you and this whole WORLD! Edit: This toke 10 mintures to write, also this was written by a 10 YEAR OLD!

This list is called "top 10 awesome celebrity acts of kindness" therefore Michael Jackson should defo be included. He gave so much to those in need. You shouldn't disclude him because of the accusations that were thrown at him (whether true or not). He should truly be no.1 on this list📃 imo
They were literally proved to be untrue. Some of the accusations that were put against were proved to he false. Literally other children that he knew came out like uhh that never happened. People just wanted to jump on the poor guy, get their 5 minutes of fame and some cash
i know right that was a very good thing for him to do. GOD took a great man from us but at least he wont suffer anymore either so that is a blessing in itself i alays get bothered when people say he molested children. i believe it wasnt true the kid whom played in home alone also stated he was always sleeping over at michael jackson house and was never sexually abuse by him. i really think those people wanted too destry his career and take his money to me i looked up to michael because i also felt like he did. we both are adults whom make up for our childhood being horrible
@@spectralgames9632 He WAS NOT a pedo. His accusers MADE THE WHOLE THING UP as part of a plan to get their dirty little hands on his wealth. Stop acting stupid.
September, 1987: Michael donated $20,000 to the family of a young Japanese boy, Yoshiyaki, who had been recently kidnapped and killed. News footage at the time showed a highly emotional Michael Jackson addressing the incident. He said: "I am very sorry and deeply saddened to hear about Yoshiyaki. If I could, I would like to rush to his parents to express my words of sympathy and pay tribute to Yoshiyaki. I would like to dedicate my Japanese tour to Yoshiyaki..Yoshiyaki, I know you're out there watching us. I hope such a brutal and heartbreaking thing never happens again. And I love you." Michael then proceeded to sing his hit song, “I Just Can't Stop Loving You”.
As controversial as John Cena is in the ring (People will sing to his theme by singing, "John Cena sucks!!!"), there's no denying about what he does outside of the ring. No other wrestler that comes to mind comes close to the amount of charity that Cena has contributed. A true humanitarian.
You forgot Taylor Swift because she did a lot of charities, donating the food banks, visiting children hospitals, sending Christmas gifts to her fans, and caring to her fans. She should be in that list.
Michael Jackson??? He donated sooo much money to many charities and has brought attention to many important topics and problems in the world! :) #1 to me
Michael Jackson should have been on this unlike these people who document all their good deeds he would go to hospitals and orphanages every day when he was on tour. At least one hospital and one orphanage in each city, didn't film it and it wasn't in news cause no one cares when he does good
For multi-millionaires to do these kinds of things out of the goodness of their hearts is truly nothing but CLASS! All celebrities should take a page from the books of these fine folks.
John Cena, Rovert Downey Jr., Johnny Depp and so many others... THANK YOU for your Great Deeds which brings that happiness to others. All of you are a big part of the reason that most of us are prepared to give our lives for all of YOU. YOU guys are the real heroes of OUR NATION and OUR WORLD. For that all of YOU will have my eternal GRATITUDE and RESPECT. Keep up the good job!. SEMPER FI!.
John Cena's 500+" make a wish" wishes is outstanding, should've been #1

Agree 100%
He has the most wish grants out of any celebrity.
What Robert Downey Jr. did was awesome. Everything done on this list by everyone is amazing. But John Cena should have been number 1.
Shady J truth!

Aw man, Johnny Depp is making me cry by how kind he was. We need more celebrities like that.
John Cena and Johnny Depp the best ones

Brian Newlin are you sure about that??
I really almost cried when I saw Depp hug the little girl, he genuinely did it out of the good of his heart, and many many times.
same Johnny Depp is great and probably one of the most kindest people
me too
Roge War-Dragon he also said in an interview that "an award is not as important to me as someone says I love captain Jack sparrow"
How is MJ not on this? He's the most charitable artist of all time, and spent his entire life doing humanitarian work all over the globe.
Awkward Angelito Nope, the kids admitted that he was not that kind of person, not even a little. Michael Jackson was analysed by psychologist Dr. Katz who was assigned to the case and it was confirmed that he didn't find him to be an abuser, nor did he fit the profile

Chris Evans did it too :)
Tom Holland did too
Michael Jackson should have been number one. He created the Heal The World foundation.
riight. and he did looot moree
michael raped no children. he was proved innocent on both occasions. he had a very child like mentality because of his father's mistreatments when he was a kid. what evidence is your "child rape culture" based on? a single newsreport headline you read 10 years ago while doing no further research?

John Cena deserves #1 spot because of the amount of effort that goes into that number of of helping encounters. They all deserve our praise

He was a great person .
I met him once a cool man
Wow I didn't know Cena was that involved with Make a Wish. What a great dude!
What about Michael Jackson??!!
This list is called "top 10 awesome celebrity acts of kindness" therefore Michael Jackson should defo be included. He gave so much to those in need. You shouldn't disclude him because of the accusations that were thrown at him (whether true or not). He should truly be no.1 on this list📃
imo
They were literally proved to be untrue. Some of the accusations that were put against were proved to he false. Literally other children that he knew came out like uhh that never happened. People just wanted to jump on the poor guy, get their 5 minutes of fame and some cash
I got click baited by John Cena
DOO DOO DOO DOOOOOOOOOO
Nightmare me too
but you can't see him
you shouldn't find him in the video
who? i can never see him
The Paul Walker story is amazing, I didn't realize he had done that. That is pretty awesome.
John Cena is such an awesome guy, so inspiring. Hes one of the most famous people ever, yet he still makes so many kids happy. Great guy man.
What about Michael Jackson who went out of his way to get a lung for a kid who was dying
i know right that was a very good thing for him to do. GOD took a great man from us
but at least he wont suffer anymore either so that is a blessing in itself
i alays get bothered when people say he molested children. i believe it wasnt true
the kid whom played in home alone also stated he was always sleeping over at michael jackson house
and was never sexually abuse by him. i really think those people wanted too destry his career and take his money
to me i looked up to michael because i also felt like he did. we both are adults whom make up for our childhood being horrible
Alicola Lawrence Was hoping Michael would be on here, who could get his own Top 100 Acts of Kindness List. Especially for what he did for Dave Dave.
Mike Smith uhh...
She should've been on the vidoe's list
@@spectralgames9632 He WAS NOT a pedo. His accusers MADE THE WHOLE THING UP as part of a plan to get their dirty little hands on his wealth. Stop acting stupid.
I cried at the Johnny Depp one. 💔😭
I absolutely loved J.K. Rowling presenting the Goblet of Fire to the little girl. I'm reading the new one though. I wish she could have, too.
I love johnny depp, John cena, and Robert Downey junior.. it takes guts to do what they did along with a heart of gold
This is the stuff the news should cove more of. Bring joy to people, and not hate and fear.
Who came right to the comments and liked all the comments of " where is Michael in this list? "
He was supposed to be in this list though 😜😜😜😜
I know. He deserves justice.
Am I missing something,?...like Michael jackson?
Why is Robin Williams not on this list?
This list made me cry, and it felt so good.
Michael jackson did so much!
As controversial as John Cena is in the ring (People will sing to his theme by singing, "John Cena sucks!!!"), there's no denying about what he does outside of the ring. No other wrestler that comes to mind comes close to the amount of charity that Cena has contributed. A true humanitarian.
was most impressed to learn about both Cena and Depp, hadn't known about either, slightly more impressed with Cena though, sounds truly dedicated.
Rip Paul Walker man was my childhood hero growing up
You forgot Taylor Swift because she did a lot of charities, donating the food banks, visiting children hospitals, sending Christmas gifts to her fans, and caring to her fans. She should be in that list.
Why is number 2 just full of little kids on their own.
I know, we can't see him...
underrated comment is underrated
Akhil Benny IM ACTUALLY DYING, LIKE I CAN'T RIGHT NOW 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 COMMENT OF THE YEAR
Akhil Benny 😂😂😂omg it's true
the feels on this video and all you losers want to talk about kids jesus christ why is this why is that oh just shut the fuck up
You forgot Angelina Jolie and Michael Jackson.
I ALMOST CRIED AT THE JOHN CENA PART, HES A TRUE HERO
Loved it...good to see good in this world, especially at this time, no matter by who
Michael Jackson??? He donated sooo much money to many charities and has brought attention to many important topics and problems in the world! :) #1 to me
Kevin Clash should have got an honorable mention, and Michael Jackson to
Michael Jackson should have been on this unlike these people who document all their good deeds he would go to hospitals and orphanages every day when he was on tour. At least one hospital and one orphanage in each city, didn't film it and it wasn't in news cause no one cares when he does good
Claire Smith logic also deserves to be in this list, there are just so many kind celebs,But some others like Justin r shit
Interesting since the US doesn't have orphanages.
Claire Smith yes!!!
He is now "one with god and with the force "🙏❤❤🔥🔥
For multi-millionaires to do these kinds of things out of the goodness of their hearts is truly nothing but CLASS! All celebrities should take a page from the books of these fine folks.
This makes me feel warm inside
What about michael Jackson?
He donated more than 300 million dollars!
I saw John Cena, but nobody else seems to have seen him.
"what's up with your finger"
"-i've used it very badly"
lmao
Honestly in my opinion you can never compare any of it because all this kindness just helps everyone with hope and support
SEMPER FI!.
