- Lions and tigers capture our imagination and wow us with their hunting skills. But they overshadow their smaller cousins. The cat family’s diverse, and the felines at the smaller end of the scale can be just as impressive. From long-legged, jumping servals to wading jungle cats, snow-shoed lynx to the kitten curled up on the sofa, the little cats are incredible predators that wow us with their skills.

I love all cats! Any size, color, environment, or prey. With so many commercials it was almost unwatchable though.
People are fascinated with big animals. Size isn't everything. In fact, small cats are just as important as big cats!
Ya know what an amazing variety could fit in a zoo strictly for small creatures? Very space efficient too.
Yeah it’s just about preference not importances
Adorable! I loved seeing into the intimate world of these special wildcats! I LOVE all cats!!!! 🐈⬛ 🐈 🐾
I love cats, so this was an awesome treat 👍
Nature documentaries is always fascinating ۔
30:00 You may know: Bobcats are medium-sized cats, typically weighing between 6 to 18 kilograms (13 to 40 pounds). They have a distinctive appearance with tufted ears, a short "bobbed" tail, and a spotted coat that provides excellent camouflage in their natural habitat😽
Love this documentary!! Thank you!! I LOVE cats of all sizes!! 🥰❤❤
Our pleasure!
This documentary is fantastic! It beautifully captures the diverse personalities of little cats with incredible detail and charm. The footage and storytelling are both engaging and heartwarming. Thanks for sharing such an enjoyable and informative film!
The One who created all of this should be praised
That was a beautiful documentary!
Glad you enjoyed it!
So unutterably impressive & intriguing that it offers me the impression this doc.about these smaller cousins of lions & tigers seems to go beyond the bounds of possibility that any other similar documentaries could arise again, superseding the sublime & its almost incomparable quality. These creatures entrance me, & their simple existence, w/ no qualms at all, enhances a wealth of magnificence, excitement, & thrill on our planet, earth, or am I an exceptional? My heartfelt thanks again to you for this almost unrivaled doc.! Btw, so loaded w/ an irresistible cuteness as well!,,,,From California,,,,(08/16/24)
Great video. THANK YOU!❤
Where is the fishing cat? The sand cat and the african black footed cat
Yes I would’ve like to have seen these also!
That chubby tabby is a British Shorthair. I trapped, fixed and re homed 21 ferals one of which looks just like the one shown here!
Gracie is very sweet now after taming and keeping her weight down is a constant battle. Its a breed issue. I adore her and two others from her tribe I just had to keep. My spoiled Calico will just have to understand....
That’s wonderful of you to do that! We need more help for strays! I feed all our neighborhood strays & volunteer in cat shelters. If I had the space, time & money I’d definitely foster! My 3 cats wouldn’t be too happy about it tho!
How on earth do they capture these amazing moments on film. That is a whole other video i guess. Incredible.
Love cats
12:13 I'm loving the magical look of the stars in this video. It's as if the stars are gently falling down through the trees. And yes, cats are also magical as well. 💖
Thanks
I can always count on your videos to be amazing. This one was no different! 🎉
Love those Caracals and Servals. The Wildcat kittens are so cute
I love all cat documentaries, but even for them, this one was special!
Cats do NOT need collars. They need food and care. I love lynx ! ❤ Greetings from Finland .
It's great to watch this video
Your videos never disappoint. Thanks a bunch!
Glad you're here 🤩
I lost it at the bobcat version of "ekeke". ❤ A cat is always a cat.
Excellent photography and story/narration about small cats.
You always deliver top-notch content. 🏆 Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos!
Wanna see rare wild cats documentary this is common one
Love the video!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for watching!
At the area where I live, there are European Wild Cats. They hide quite well, so well, its almost impossible to sea one. The same happens with gennets. They are the forest ghosts.😊
Only the lynx has round pupils the these of the small cat have slit pupils
I love this program but all the ads make it not worth watching
The genet is similar to the fossa
WE SEEN THAT ILLUMINATTI PYRAMID - WE ARE AWAKE AND WATCHING YOU.
i love cats
I think the Bobcat is the fastest hunter of all cats
( on short distance)...i viewed the Bobcat catching the sqarel... escaping this highly adapted hunter is almost impossible🐱
Hey
RUclips sucks. I can't watch one minute in peace without bombarded with advertisements. I wish someone will create another RUclips like platform with less or no ads.
The dumbest ads ever 👍
Amen
Just watch on a browser that blocks ads.
When I bought my Kindle I paid extra for no ads and I am glad that I did. It is really worth it.
@@ambermarr4557 same! It's so worth it, cause I also listen to "stories to sleep to" at night & ovb the ads would def interrupt my sleep😴 ... 😬 I'll pay for no ad's until I can't 😂on anything
9:41 GENET Cat-Like Carnivore - Though they look a little like wild cats, these animals are not members of the Felidae family. Instead, scientists classify them as Feliformia, or cat-like predators. Some other members of this suborder include hyenas, fossa, mongooses, and more.
Poor deer 😢
I really love doc light documentaries, I will be much more happier if I get to PRIDE: RULERS AT RISK 🙂
32:30 I'm wondering if a mother cat's shift to not sharing food with her young is caused by a change in hormone levels that exist after birthing which make her more docile and sharing? Like a return of her ego. Because with many cats, there is a time when the mother cat just says "I'm done raising you. Go."
What type cat is that a lynx or bobcat it’s something
My cat passed away last year after 12 years living with me, and i have to admit that tigers have huge claws. But i also have to admit hat a house cat has destuctive murder mittens.

Collars are dangerous for cats. Please find a better way.
Don’t you love when people tell you how to do your job
@@R.PMcMurphyI prefer it be a stranger 😂😂😂😂
domesticated small cats live a little longer with a better quality of life than wild cats

Cruelty! Tracking collars Massive ear tag in the mother's ear
(Assume Spayed tag) .
That's not right..
Cats were born from lynx. Lynx and dogs and humans were born from hippos at the same time.
Or that cats, dogs and humans are all the result of mouse mutations?
It's funny to me that we categorize creation into two, predators and I am assuming victims!! In circle of life every part of creation belongs, and we are all both predators and prey!!! In fact, no one species is more predatory than human kind.
Very true! 💯
You should use your brain, humans are humans and give birth to humans.. and animals give birth to animals
Actually meerkats are the most violent/homicidal of all animals. Humans didn’t even make the list of 20 most violent animals.
