the Holmes cap .... not of the duck bills class, or the wood choppers class...but still a woodsy ingredient..may have classified as a "deer stalkers cap" sported by a Lord ragland or invertness cape coat of a tweed or Scotish tartan plaid and perhaps a calabash pipe of meerschaum.
