Our trip will probably involve a change at Manchester, then TFW down to Cardiff We have actually just returned from a break in Manchester and Liverpool and on both journeys with TransPennine Express, there were problems with seat bookings. It was our first time with TPE and to be fair, we weren’t too impressed.
