The first time I saw H.E Mwai Kibaki was courtesy of this Mzee. Our school neighboured his home in the village and we had been paraded to sing for Mzee Kibaki during his homecoming ceremony.
Simple man, approachable, a mentor to many at home as well as A GREAT SON OF KIRINYAGA, Mr. Matere.
Having listened to this full broadcast, John matere ireri is exceptional. Phenomenal, one of his own kind. Sharp brains, loyal& a leader full of etiquette & decorum. What an amazing memory! Bless you Sir

What i like about spice fm is the patience of the trio especially in letting their guests make their views fully without interuptions or lengthy questions. Early days, we had the likes of prof idha salim, prof mungai and nduati kariuki as remarkable tv personalities of similar traits. C T muga has helped me a great deal from his english command. Kudos to the trio!
