I'm glad I found this video. I really needed this but I'm still a little bit confused about the analysis part. Right now I have assessment down as the risk factors, expected findings, lab test, and diagnostic procedures. Besides NANDA, what goes with the Diagnosis portion? Would diagnostic procedures go with the Diagnosis phase? In my ATI book, it is listed under assessment.

Hi Cari! The implementation phase is where you are carrying out the plan you made. Think of it as the action part of the process. So think of nursing interventions here, such as giving the patient medication or performing a dressing change. Hope this helps!
