I love Marc's humility and the fact that he stated that we have to write from the inside and not feel pressured to mimic someone else's work.

I’m close to finishing my first sci-fi feature film which I’m very excited about. Thanks for this!

First time ever hearing about this guy. I look him up on IMDB and it turns out he’s been in my living room for decades! Loved Marc’s insights.

Creatives like this should be working on Star Wars

This channel is such an inspiration. I have a career in a different field but started writing 2 scripts already and now know of a few script consultants (Shannan or Pilar) to help after they're ready for review. Thanks for all of this great content FC!

Can you succeed in Hollywood if you’re not a workaholic?

I think the video subject said it best: you don’t have to be a workaholic but you do have to have a work ethic.

"I'm made of iron, and nothing will stop me." What a great interview, thanks for this! I was wondering, when's "Greenlighting Yourself" coming out? I can't find anything about it anywhere... 🤔

Good question! Believe the book will be out soon. The exact date is not known? Hoping to have a link to it below our videos with Marc once it's available. We appreciate the interest. Thank you, Marcel. :)

Being successful in Hollywood sounds a bit like having a first-class cabin on Titanic. Marc, however, makes much more sense than the title. "It's not the having. It's the getting...", was it Liz Taylor?

Oh, this is the Twilight Zone Guide guy. He basically summarized every episode, dropped in a few photos and published it.

I have to feel that you’re underselling his work, based solely on the incredible life wisdom this guy displayed throughout this entire interview.

@@joshmay2944 i'm only familiar with his Twilight Zone guide and it's 100% awful. Still want my money back for that thing 30 years later.

How to make it in Hollywood... Step 1. Have a reasonable amount of talent. Step 2. Befriend a connected Jew. Step 3. Pray that they like you.

    • @coreylucas5346

That Jew thing is stereotype. There are other people who have connections in Hollywood that aren’t Jews.
