Whirl. Click. Clack Clack. Beep.
When ever I am having technical difficulties I will just pretend I am a mighty king, and the sounds in this video are my servants trying to repair my computer. Meanwhile I will read a high class novel while I wait for them to...
Wait wait no! Their is no way repairs took only 10 minuets. Get back to work!
Just right click on the video and click "loop"
You're welcome ;)

👇
This is legitimately so cozy. I just curl up and the drone fades into the background and the occasional whirr and click really bring me back to when I was a kid and used to nap in my dad's work office. Wish it were longer.

@@lautaroacerbi1138 Remember, in space no one can hear you scream.
I DON'T GET IT
@@sorbetheart Nostromo was a spaceship in the ALIEN universe, I highly recommend the 1979 Alien movie and Alien: Isolation (game)
@@theriser8751 Ah, I see! Thank you very much. I'll take a peek at the movie and check out some gameplay. :)
Man, them Nostromo sounds are spooky yet satisfying. I wish I had the "Mother" system or something close that could emulate it. Not only that but the icing on the cake would be if I had the special interface circular room that it's installed in.
Rename your Alexa into "mother" then you can call her a bitch when she refuses to not blow up your house.
actually you can do that.
And a big black boy as a pet

This comforts me
We need a 10 hour version of this. Near the end it suddenly turns into the Nostromo self destruct sequence.
Hi Armstrong begin* Superman 🎥
Reminds me of my first computer. Pentium II, WIN98, motorcycle noises when it was reading a disc... Great times :)
Good stuff. Thanks.
Oh hey it's Inferno lol
Bro.
Who needs meditation when you have 80s computer sounds?
80s? I bet you weren't even born then, my computer was built in 1998 and it sounds pretty much this way.
@@shy_dodecahedron He doesn't have to be born in the 80s to enjoy it 💀
This is a great video for a kid planning to launch a rocket into space ! Thanks for posting this. It's a nice addition to our at home study about space exploration.
Well, chances are, the computer would sound nothing like this, and when a rocket launches, you wouldn’t be controlling it, computers would. Your job would be to sit back, and try not to pass out from g forces of tremendous acceleration
@@HistoryShell1786 Dosen't ground control (that headquarters base back on earth's surface) control the space ship MOST of the time? I remember the appollo missions shows I used to watch, and the ground control crew at earth were the ones controlling it. But the latency was soo terrible, if they made an action, such as tilting the joystick forward, the space pod would respond like 50 seconds later, because of the radio latency caused by the distance.
That sound returns me in my younger age where we was about 3-4 colleagues writing code the room is small cigarettes everywhere but the code is running with full speed!
Very good. Needs hour long version
At least :)
You can put it on a loop.
@@unchainedsoulsubs1371 actually you can't. There's no repeat button on RUclips.
@@thsu8 If you put this video in a playlist, you can loop it.
@@thsu8 try right clicking the video
this is gorgeous, man
Love it dude. The sound of the 80ties.
Reminds me of the beginning of Aliens. System start ahh was so good.
Alien, ... Helps me feel at Home.
SWEET UPLOAD, GOING TO MASTER COLD FUSION NOW.
I think my profile picture shows how I feel about this video. (I can’t stop listening to it it’s so comforting.)

Nice. I love the retro sounds.
Hey, thanks for this! I love the old-school sci-fi sound effects! I look forward to seeing more of your content! You just earned a new subscriber! :)
I believe this is what my head sounds like when I forget something and try to remember.
its so nostalgic and relaxing too me
Needs a 10 hours version :P
Sounds like my old IBM 486.
Suojeluninja wish I was there to experience older technology, I don’t know why, it just seems fun
When i play battleship with my nephew i put this on and call out fire missions. Lol
Ah yes, the old double height hard disks with stepper motor instead of voice coil!
How can an echidna know anything about computers?
Thank you! This will do great for my series!
this is really good
Aidutulah pakistan here me *Angeh*
God bless this is blissful.
Beautiful.
This is relaxing
This sounds exactly like when you run a double encryption on an mp4 maxi drive using a GUI compression bypass using a USB HTML emulator. Well unless your AVI ROM is using defragmenting .WAV bitmap.
encrypting audio files with the wrong file extension using a web browser attached to a usb port? using a video decoder stored in a ROM to decode a corrupted and otherwise incorrect file? Yep checks out. needs more error sounds though.
It’s not a computer it’s an alien computer
Sounds more like an analog from the 70s
I have autism so if my brain were a computer it would constantly have emotional and social errors but having an ass load of memory and information😄🖥🖱
lol i have never related to a post so much!
Perfect to work with a insurance company
Why the fuqq is this SO relaxing???
Never typed "hello world" faster before listening to this
BEAUTIFUL!
As a tech marine i am bilingual in binary cogitator comms
Scary similar to my old IBM PS/55 i got as a kid. 40MB HDD and 18MHz speedmachine

For the last 300 years, the techs on the Nostromo have been trying to get corporate to allocate 300 dollars for a new computer system.
This is Ripley speaking, we have an intruder
remember those printers the teachers would use in class? loud as hell, err chk chk chk errrr chk, printed progress reports or something
I love this.
trying to figure out if this is Loss on the monitor
Perhaps.
I miss computers making ODD sounds an taking up a small building and people thinking we may need four or five such devices world wide 🤣!!
Hey dude. who ever you are... THX for the download. awesome ghetto cpu :)
Playback at 1.5x and you can’t tell the difference
This place gives me the creeps.
This cured my kids cancer, This is the best thing thats ever happened to me
ooh I like this.
I think your cooling fan is on the way out.
Feels Like Superhot Just Listening To This
New age computer audio
People would hear this in the 70s-90s and be like "hehehe it's thinking."
I've always wondered what the characters in the bottom left mean. Some sort of a text/ascii star chart?
Me encanta I love it!!!
How in the Hell could the Nostromo's Galactical Position read 270/RX683* when it should clearly be at 231/RX?
Gravitational protocols. When the A.G.S., anti-grav system is on manual it influences the ships outside pull, thus tilting it slightly instrument wise but not actually.
Why is this video age restricted?
this is great thank u
How could the Nostromo collect 200 miilion tonnes of cargo with a 7 man crew?
cfx5000 The actual transfer process was probably heavily automated or at least mechanized. Plus there were likely loading crews and unloading crews at their destinations. The seven just tended the ship and saw she got to and from where she needed to be. But that’s just my guess, lol.
They didn't make it. LoL!
Replicants. :-)
@@morbius109 That's a sound answer, actually.
cfx5000 Very large vacuum cleaners...
I feel at home
Alien vibes!
sounds more old than futuristic
Hey I love this! Can use it for a video?
Of course. I'd love to see what you make.
Now I wonder just what in the f*ck has a capacity of 200,000,000 tons
The pic is from alien isolation right?
I think its a readout from the first movie.
