I think I saw Valhalla delay up on his screen on another stream. I have Valhalla delay and Valhalla vintage verb. Best reverbs and delays I’ve ever used. I run my korg minilogue and ms20 through them it sounds amazing.

there's two ways i know that uses fl studio stock plugins. 1. Go to the "Miscellaneous Functions" tab (or the tab with the wrench) on a FL synth (this will also work for samples that you might want to use). At the top, there's a section called "Polyphony". Tick on "Porta" and mess around the slide knob til you get a pitch bendy sound. 2. Go to the piano roll for a FL synth. At the top left corner underneath the wrench, there are buttons for portamento and slide. Mess around with how you place the notes and stuff and see if that helps you out. This is the way that producers do 808 slides on FL. unfortunately it won't work for 3rd party plugins. for 3rd party plugins, i think it's a more tedious process and having a midi keyboard with knobs and stuff would make it a lot easier. DAWs can record the different shifts in the knobs (and you can assign certain functions of a synth to knobs on a midi keyboard) so i think that would make it a lot easier and more natural than clicking in automations.

dunno which synth he's using, but try changing pitch of an oscillator within any vst synth.. you won't replicate it automating anything though
