Nine Sols has a mechanic of restoring dash immediately if you used airdash and touch the ground again, so the dash cooldown decrease is more of QoL, it allows more moments where you can use it if you forgot to use instant dash restore mechanic. Vegathron, did you try brainstorming how to call sapphire color category or did you conclude they're miscellaneous and it can't be named like combat, parry, tali jades, too?
Yeah I did attempt to come up with a category but they are such an odd mismatch I gave up! They sort of seem to just be the leftovers that don't fit elsewhere. Yeah I probably should have mentioned the down attack reseting the cooldown now you mention it!
