Do they know how to build anything in the Valley other than a modern farmhouse? They throw ten of these up every month in the Valley, and it's like nobody has ever heard of a Georgian, an Italian villa, or a french style home.
Because they're spec homes that are meant to be sold quickly. I will say, the new modern farmhouses are much nicer than the ones that were being build in the late 20-teens.
