I have a Kubota B2400 and on the back of the fuel tank there are 3 plastic (nylon) nipples with a fuel line attached to each nipple. I guess one runs to each cylinder?? Well anyway, one of the nipples just broke off from the tank. I pulled the broken piece out of the line but of course there is not enough broken nipple left on the tank to attach the line to. What an absolute $&%t design. The fuel line is maybe 1/8'' inch diameter. I may try your idea before purchasing a new tank. Thanks for giving me a good option anyway!
Pretty sure the fuel lines all run to the fuel injection pump. One is a feed and another a return. I’m not sure about the third. Hopefully the repair I did will work for you. Mine is still holding to this day. I’m sure that tank is a ridiculous amount from Kubota.
