Plus I'll be sharing my 10 + ideas of what I always look for when I'm thrifting! Whether I am making a day out thrifting and antiquing or running in to a thrift store with 5 minutes to spare I have a list of items I'm always on the hunt for!

Green Stamps, what a great memory.
I remember helping my grandmother in the early 70s fill a ton of those books with them so she could get a swivel chair. And now all these decades later I have that chair. It's still beautiful. The quality is amazing.

I have a huge collection of Currier and Ives dishes. I can't even display all of the pieces. It was started by my great-grandmother. I was born in 1970 and I remember the dishes also in the grocery store.

Wow, Jenn. You are finding a lot of Heritage pieces at great prices. I had a huge collection back in the 80s-90s and recognize many of the pieces you are showing. Lots of memories there of family meals. That pattern is timeless. Enjoy it. Love your thrifting videos and agree that the thrill is in the hunt!!😊

Love all your finds. I also have a large collection of Pfaltzgraff Heritage. The large bowl may actually be part of the bowl and pitcher set. The Hershey’s tin would be so cute included in a hot chocolate bar. Enjoy your treasures!

the blue transfer ware my mom gave me 2 big plates and 2 small and I have always kept them ,she passed away 23 years ago when I was 28 .so when you showed them ,I said hey I am going to go check mine .yep you would love these too I will take some pictures and share with you .I treasure them cause they are from my mother I was very close to

I love your finds and I have most of what you bought. The sad thing is, Ive had a booth for decades and had all this stuff over and over and now , I'm not doing the booth anymore and now, I'm having to rebuy but thats ok cause I love it to. Oh and the grandpa praying, Ive always loved that picture and I have sold it 3 times... Today, I have found another one, but much nicer under glass and a beautiful frame and I paid 12.00 and I will never get rid of it. Jenn, you did good!!

Wow, great finds! I looove all the Currier and Ives items you found ... so nostalgic!! And that amazing yellowware bowl for ... what was it, $6-7 ??? Omg, that is a steal for an old, heavy one like that! And I didn't even see a chip! What a bargain ... that would be wayyyy more at an antique store! Oh, and I love the S&H green stamps walk down memory lane 🥰. I was an avid collector of those stamps, and there used to be little books you'd stick them in to (and you had to lick them! lol). You would go with me to turn them in for something new for the house ~ awww, those were the days 💞💕🥰

I’m ruthless when I decide to clean out cabinets and closets… get it out! Then I ride around with boxes of stuff in my car forever until I manage to get to Good Will. I’m older than you, but I remember Green Stamps as well. Here in NY we also had a grocery called A&P (now it’s Acme), and they gave out Plaid Stamps; same premise where you glue them into a booklet until you could cash them in for merch.

I am a tad older than you. I remember my mom collecting the green stamps and the plaid stamps, They even got I think wheat dishes in boxes of laundry detergent. I enjoyed your video.

A couple of years ago I was in a thrift store after Christmas and I found the same Currier and Ives tray plus 4 plates. Since the holidays were over they just gave them to me. Can’t beat free

My mother had Grace hanging in our home in the dining room for yearssss! That was one of the things I asked for, setting up my first home. I’m so happy to have it, the memories are endless!! Talk about nostalgic! Also, that yellow-ware bowl was a STEAL!! I love it! Great video Jenn!
Ps- I collect ironstone pitchers, bowls and etc. They remind me of home! Love all of your white pieces, enjoy them while you share meals with family and friends!! ❤

I use the little plates as coasters for a pop of color on the end tables or on the dining room table to match the theme of the room. I also collect the Liberty blue dishes. I get so tickled when I find a piece when thrifting. It’s truly one man’s (or women’s) trash is another’s treasure 🥣

Hi Love your finds. I collect alot of what you collect. I got my grandmothers old currier and ives. We had a house fire and rebuilt. I have alot of pieces that didn't get ruined
My sister inlaw gave me a couple sets of newer old currier and ives. Then last fall my daughter saw a 100 yr old womans estate sale I had her bid on the currier and ives I couldnt believe how old and so many. It had teapot sugar creamer butter salt pepper serving sets platters. I was shocked. My aunt is in her later 70s said that if they had dishwasher safe they are the newer. I love how you decorate

Yes! S & H green stamps were collected by my mom and grandma. My mom was able to get the Twin Star silverware set and the plates that we used for most of my growing up years.

Impressive haul! I collect heritage too. ❤. But gosh the prices there are so much lower than here in the Houston area. I found a basket at Goodwill just like the one you showed and it was $12.99 😮. I was shocked at how expensive! Love your videos!

Hi, I do have a whole set of currier and Ives dishes my mama passed down to me. She did actually get them at the grocery store after she collected the S&H green stamps. I had always loved them and she told me that they would be mine! 🥰 after I married I got them for my Birthday one year..😊
