It's really, really good.
In this video I'll show you how to make an undead orc horde that replenishes itself as it goes and destroys everything on its way. It is perhaps not the most optimal build, but it's a really fun one.

Age of Wonders 4 just sucked me in, it is much better than 3. Might be the best of the fantasy-civ-like game type I've played

Having a skull logo and Gul'dan should have been a grim omen for your survivability
Request: Can you make build for Entwinned summons (nature plants units)? I love the idea of being powerful Druid who can raise forests and turn them into armies.
There is a spell that converts a forest on the world map into units, so yes, you can do that

Frozen realm (Northend), Forming realm (shattering), Scorched realm (Burning legion homeworld), overgrown realm not sure what its looks like(emerald dream?), preorder lion armor (stormwind King armor), email sign up lich King helmet. Haha yes I thought out scenarios already

I'm glad Age of Wonders is getting another game, and it looks like it's better than AoW 3. Even with Paradox involved, it looks like a lot of good features are in the base game. Also, the description has a spelling error on the company name as of writing this post.
If only you could get the undead look sooner so you could start out as an Undead Legion. Having the Lifesteal that early would be broken but the visuals would be nice at least. Maybe someone will mod it in the future. Either way, very fun video. I'll definitely be taking tips from this when I finally get the game.

Maybe get magic channelers for this build instead of sions of evil.
That way you can cheaply reinforce your armies on the frontline.
I didn't really care for the Age of Empires/Mythology/Wonder games, with my last attempt being the rather bland Planetfall. But this looks REALLY interesting!

Didnt know what i expected really, but kinda sad that Age of Wonders 4 is more or less a more polished version of 3 rather than the first game :/
