I got mine 2 years ago in Dominica and I'm glad I did. The prices are going nowhere but up, and the paperwork and due diligence are becoming more intrusive and time consuming (not that I have anything shady in my background). It's nice to have a backup plan if it all falls apart here.
When you received the Dominica passport what was the first country you entered using the fresh new passport and how was your experience at the immigration counter and how did the officer treat you?
The US went down there and worked them over and forced the Caribbean countries to change their programs because "too many" Americans were exercising their options.
What leverage does the US have? Those countries already require a visa to visit the USA. What more could they do except a total travel ban (which is very unlikely)?
if u have the money and are on a really weak passport...yeah..if u have western passport like my swedish that are among the 3 strongest one in the world tier ..well why should u buy it? That hotelroom looks pretty standard btw like 2-3 stars here in bangkok
Citizenship of the Baltics is iffy -- you don't know how they'll deal with you in the future. Look at how the Latvians have treated ethnic Russians -- not even granting them citizenship. I like Riga (been there three times), I like Tallinn. But citizenship? I don't think so.
I have a U.S. Passport and I'm getting an EU passport. I put my application in before the deadline for St. Lucia so I am still locked into the 100k rate; but I am not sure its worth it and wondering if I should not follow through. I will lose over 15k in the application process but its no big deal.
I reached 200 thousand, I'm on my way to 1 million, I'm a domestic worker, I'm gradually migrating to variable income, it's not easy but it's possible🎉🎉🎉*
I'm a domestic worker but I have a millionaire mind, I spend my time working and seeking knowledge, about financial education and studying English, regardless of your job you need to think big...
!!my outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $400,000 can retire broke & someone making $80,000 can retire a multi-millionaire. With the current market movement, you have $100,000 to invest. Where are you investing it?
Bro is hilarious How he pronounces some spanish names/words, like Cordóba as Corrrrrdóba or Andorra as Andorrrrra, but then will say Mexico, like some full on gringo instead of how spanish speakers pronounce it. just randomly says some words with a spanish accent and others not 😂

how is housing price in latvia? ascending over years or you suggest better countries for residency by investment?
Yeah, demand for Caribbean citizenships will fall sharply; and if we get a global recession, those Caribbean economies will get hit very hard.
it;s about the passport, not other stuff
@ladlem3 yes, I agree. But price matters, as does the state of the global economy.
Things are getting out of control and people's affordability
Geez Caribbean got expensive! Thanks for the video & heads up Wealthy Expat!

@@konekassem303 Everybody should care about freedom to travel.

More like a low budget hostel
Y do still think they'd lose the access if they met all requirements ?
The Caribbean just got hit by a hurricane. They might offer a discount while they try to rebuild
Glad I got a Caribbean citizenship when they were cheap and easier.
Caribbean countries aren't ideal to move into
@@harismansoor5733 which ones are ideal?
@edwardnihal248 US, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Australia
@@harismansoor5733 Everyone has different motives and goals.
@@harismansoor5733 literally nobody lives there (except some select people), it's about the passport
ANTONIA My Dear! Unpopular opinion! You're just describing mere facts without sugarcoating. Totally agree with you! 💯

But St. Kitts still has the real estate investment for citizenship which is lower than Cayman Islands for residency.
Hi,handsome 😊
You are so informative, kindly let me know if Dominica will ever get its visa free statues for uk back,as now labour party is BACK🎉
It's more likely they will lose visa free access to the EU.
