@@georgielockhart6686 Sinnoh has amazing town and route themes. Mt Coronet, route 209 (I think that's it, the one south of Hearthome), the snow route up north, canalave city, etc. For me I think Hoenn might be second best, and third being Pokemon XD

My first pokemon game was the gen 7 games but when i look at Hoenn, i get nostalgic and i never even played the gba games. If i did get into it back then, gen 3 would be the game i would've started with.
Alpha Sapphire was my first mainline Pokémon game, and hearing the soundtrack still makes me feel warm inside, it was the game I played during my childhood, one of the few things that gave me any sense of happiness during those dark years, I remember turning the game on, going to a specific area, and just letting it idle, taking a nap after a good long cry and just listening to the soundtrack as I let my distress fade away. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has emotional attachment to these games, or these songs, it was these songs that kept me sane during the dark times, and for that I'll always be thankful..
You guys discussing over gen 3 and 5 (i do think that both have amazing OSTs) while me personally thinks is gen 4 lol. At least I'm glad that this franchise delivers, most of the times, well when we are talking about music.
Oh Hoenn, best Legendaries, best rival, best starter (Swampert), best region design, best music, and Nostalgic as heck. ORAS was not my first game but was always my favorite. The soundtrack is so amazing that I can’t describe it with anything but Incredible. Seriously though the “Let’s go Home” theme gets me every time 😭
Pokémon Sapphire was my first and favourite Pokémon game, still in my old Game Boy Advance SP, some sixteen to seventeen years ago. To this day I have my original save, with some 200 hours in it. I've bought Alpha Sapphire this year for my 2DS, something like a self birthday gift. I have loved every single moment playing it and remembering those sweet childhood days. I played AlphaSapphire during the beginning of the pandemic and it helped me get through those tough months. The music is absolutely beautiful, i glad I finally got to experience Hoenn after watching Advanced Generations as a kid.
This takes me back to my childhood.. My brother playing omega ruby, me playing alpha sapphire... our teams not only combat each others, but working well in duos... Playing late at night to train to beat one another, or fight better together. Damn near emotional hearing this. Beautiful work. I'm a Hoenn guy, The geography, music, and Pokemon are on point. These are the Pokémon games I grew up with...and they're still amazing, say what you may about the Battle Frontier, but ORAS makes up for it in so many more ways, the soundtrack being one of them. Pokemon Emerald was the first game I played through completely. I raised my sceptile to level 100, and it kicked ass, especially knowing dragon claw. I used the clone glitch and had a whole team of level 100 sceptiles. I thought I was for sure going to defeat my friend in battle, but his charizard burned them all down. Good times.

When I was a little kid, Pokemon Sapphire was the first Pokemon Game I ever played. Now, that I am in College I miss Pkmn Sapphire so I decided to save my money to buy my first 3DS and Pkmn Alpha Sapphire and it feels like I'm gonna cry when I finish the game especially with this kind of Ending Music. #HoennBest.

Sceptile is still my favorite Pokémon, Rayquaza my favorite Legendary and Hoenn my favourite region. The music is the best part: Every single piece is great, from Littleroot, to Soaring Illusions, from your first Rival Fight to the Champion Battle, it´s all just great. when the game of your childhood is made with love, but now it became a cashcow for greedy corporates the days are gone when you wonder what comes next after Hoenn, i was theorizing based on the NPC dialogues and imaging other regions based on their words the mystery of the legendary pokemons, the lore of the cities etc. today the Company is birthing out unfinished content and now it became a sad reflection of the glory days past. Pokemon will always be in my heart even though I have moved on from it. It was the safe zone of my child heart when things are not well, the friend I always had when the times are lonely. Thanks Pokemon for always being there.
Hoenn is my "home-region". I started with ruby, had far too much fun with emerald and i remember my old team to this day. The only sad thing is, that i didn't have the chance to save my old friends from my ruby account. My team was flygon, swellow, aggron, shiftry, absol and my absolutely first Pokemon; swampert. May you roam freely in the world in a platinum edition, that was lost😢
I think the reason why people are so mixed about which Pokemon Game has the best OST is their main focus of criticism. Because yeah some generations focus more on some aspects of music for their ost. Gen 5 focuses on making absolute bangers, Gen 3 was H O R N S, and Gen 6 to me really shines in emotional and chill themes, since they now were able to have actual instrumental sounding melodies in their games, and were able to let it all out in originality and harmony, especially for XY (Shalour City, Anistar City, and the Tower of Mastery themes are my favorite themes in all pokemon games). So in the end it all comes down to taste in music and, for me it's Gen 6.

Hoenn is my "home-region". I started with ruby, had far too much fun with emerald and i remember my old team to this day. The only sad thing is, that i didn't have the chance to save my old friends from my ruby account. My team was flygon, swellow, aggron, shiftry, absol and my absolutely first Pokemon; swampert. May you roam freely in the world in a platinum edition, that was lost😢

I think the reason why people are so mixed about which Pokemon Game has the best OST is their main focus of criticism. Because yeah some generations focus more on some aspects of music for their ost. Gen 5 focuses on making absolute bangers, Gen 3 was H O R N S, and Gen 6 to me really shines in emotional and chill themes, since they now were able to have actual instrumental sounding melodies in their games, and were able to let it all out in originality and harmony, especially for XY (Shalour City, Anistar City, and the Tower of Mastery themes are my favorite themes in all pokemon games). So in the end it all comes down to taste in music and, for me it's Gen 6.

Funny thing, I just had a potential relationship fizzle out and I was a little bummed but I was listening to this and realized she wasn’t a Pokemon fan. She wouldn’t just listen to this. Id rather just wait and find someone more compatible than try to change myself go be with someone.
