"Photography from public is perfectly legal, it might breach your policy but I am not an employee." "Personal consent is irrelevant." "You don't own the airspace above your property, just as planes, helicopters, airships can cross over your property or even hover over it, I am a registered pilot who can do the same as I please." Then there's some extrinsic arguments like Barbara Streisand, this was dealt with decades ago when she was super buttmad that they filmed her home. Also you need a better introduction, "I film interesting buildings on industrial estates for my RUclips channel, I'll do a drone shot for Google Maps and be on my way." Good job pointing out Google Maps but when he said you're flying a drone over you didn't mention Google Earth. I know these are all things you've probably gone home and thought "Crap I wish I said X, Y or Z." but these are short concise arguments you can keep in your back pocket. @northernaudits they dialed 999 for sure! 101 gets you through to a PCSO at best and they're trained to pass your enquiry on to a PC by email unless they identify your issue an a emergency, in which case they'll forward your call to the 999 call center. For that, there has to be an immediate danger of harm or death.

I personally would let them call me mate twice before challenging them , once is a possible mistake, two confirms its deliberate, and the third time I'd call them darling, or sweetheart( male or female) to prove I can be informal too.
@@ianhill4585I’d call them servant.
I can't understand why miscarriages of justice occur when we have such knowledgeable, thorough and polite police officers in the service.
You 100% need to report that cop.
Rude and obnoxious throughout .
Courtesy and respect training needed….
If he rings 111 , he is more likely to get an ambulance than the police .
Oh dear
Without a camera recording you would have been arrested and taken off to the nick.
It's corporate nutty Karen's like this that make these videos fantastic
Without her the video is nothing.
@@thewhitbyphotographer. . . too harsh . . It highlights what photographers, like yourself, are up against in public spaces. . . and NA Drone Show at the end is awesome. Sadly, Grumpy the dwarf, is the excruciating painful part that we have to endure for context.
Should be used as a training video by the Police force on how not to interact with auditors. The Police Officer let his ego get in the way.
pharmaceutical companies seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I wonder why.
They obviously don't manufacture "happy pills" for staff usage. 😏
Drug dealers
Cos they are all corrupt to the core!
Security is our utmost importance, that's why we have a little red and white inpenatrable barrier 😂 😂, seriously, no one could get over or under that barrier, not even if they wanted to 😅
Well done N A love the drone footage Many Thanks. Miss Shorty is a right Karen.
This is the worse case of unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from a company and police. That scruffy looking cop did everything in his power to escalate the situation because his brain was empty and his feelings were hurt. Never ever talk to cops. His family must be embarrassed to watch him at work. Back to basic training.
Needs a bath by the looks of him and uniform is filthy bet he stinks😂
Our highly trained and professional staff are here to assist in any way. That goes for the police as well.
😜🤣
The conversation would have been non-existant if the Police did their job properly and didn't have an insatiable thirst to breach peoples rights.
Yup
If the police don’t now the law doesn’t the law say not knowing the law is no excuse
Wow your a boyooo played that right THANKYOU BRO YOU SHOWED WHt you wanted to show well done kidda
My word , beardy just digs and digs . Nasty . You are doing a lawfully activity. Beardy just go and do your job please.
Zooming in on “I’m not short” vigorously shaking her head, is subtle comedy genius.
You report a burglary or an assault and nobody turns up. If a company reports a non crime, an instant police response and a major incident.
What a set of bullies! Mate you’re doing a great job.
You showed them you can do it, yes and you didn't back down from them and the police nice one.
Pigs speak to you for ONE reason, to find ANY reason to arrest and/or detain you.
Abd it's an opportunity to waste time
You handled those crime detectives like a pro. Well done.😂😂😂
Cheers 🍻
excellent work! (as always!)
Cop even results to blackmail to get the details.... " this could be a lot quicker 'if'"
I love these fools that think they have powers of someone not on their property. The ones that think they have controll over their airsoace are also fools.
This lady wouldn't back down, she was adamant
Cop waffled on and on, going round in circles. and didn't get what he wanted. He thought he was clever but he did not know drone laws. He will now learn.
Its amazing that Police come for a man with a camera in like 1 hour but you have a burglary it takes 3 days if they come!
I reckon it was quicker than 1 hour but yes I get your point, legal filming and flying Vs a burglary
A corporation looking after a corporation
3-days! You'll be lucky. A phone call to give you a crime number for the insurance claim is best you can hope for.
Absolutely love your little add-in graphics/audio, makes it so much fun.
The ginger bloke was made to look outstanding!
Copper “I don’t understand “. That is why you are a copper!
I think he had a general disdain for me.
I think he has a general disdain for the public.
Finally an admission by a police officer that they have time to spend kicking their heels. And their was me thinking they were massively understaffed and can't keep up with all the crime they have to deal with!
I watch DJ Audits, BP Audits but watched your videos for a year now.
Love your interactions and drone clips.
Keep it up
2 absolutely amazing channels. I watch them both too.
Very intelligent and articulate policing, I'm paying this person's wages.....
Disgusting officer. Shameful
No expectation of privacy in public.
Actually, lots of expectation. Just none of it reasonable expectation.
@@FirstNameLastName-ev3jk😂
That copper was so passive aggressive, what an idiot 🤬,you did a great job controlling that interaction 😁
Tyrant copper with an oversized ego
I did get the feeling he didn't like me
Both of them were slobs
Rice V connolly 1966, there is no strict, general legal duty to assist a police officer prior to any possible arrest or caution, with even basic police enquiries nor to accompany the officer to a requested location.
That copper is a clown
Your calmness and non confrontational attitude is what makes your uploads good but your edits and drone footage makes them excellent!! 👏 👍
How entitled do you have to be in order to believe that the police are there to be your personal legal advisors?
He must have rang 999 for that speedy response, I can't say for certain, but 101 would take longer I reckon and 111 well that would have been hilarious if he had rang that on camera 🤣
@northernaudits they dialed 999 for sure! 101 gets you through to a PCSO at best and they're trained to pass your enquiry on to a PC by email unless they identify your issue an a emergency, in which case they'll forward your call to the 999 call center. For that, there has to be an immediate danger of harm or death.
never trust the police how nice they talk you can not trust them
Everything they say is designed to gather intelligence and may incriminate us
"Aw come on mate, why you being like that. If you've done nothing wrong, you've got nothing to hide" gota love the classics. Even better "haven't you got criminals to catch officer???"
Dear Dear . What a silly policeman. His logic is around what most people would expect from a 12 year old.
The drone stuff is as usual awesome, how you manage to go back at night and record is very clever. Also, you are always polite, and not fake, unlike a lot of "auditors" who are only trying for content.....you are very "real" as to how you interact with people........:)
I’ve never seen someone so desperate as short stack to get someone into trouble. The way she was looking at her manager when he 1st spoke was pure desperation
I felt she was frustrated in more than one way.
I barely endured this cop, he spat so much bullshi* from his mouth, it was just insane. At least the other cop was a bit smarter and he remained mostly silent.
Go back a year or two and Karen would be demanding you wear a mask.
Brilliant 😂 Great drone footage as always NA. And one of the best interactions with the cop who tried to be a smart ass but made himself look as intelligent as a lump of plasticine!! Keep up the good work, love your videos.
Thats the most she has walked in years .
