Instead of nobody cares I would have said "well this is how it's supposed to be done", so that way Sheldon feels like he's following the rules which everyone knows he likes to do.

Am I the only one who feels sorry for Georgie? It shouldn’t be Georgie’s responsibility to get up and watch Sheldon. Why couldn’t Mary watch over him instead and she could’ve just drove Sheldon around so Sheldon could deliver the papers. That’s how my mom delivered papers when she was Sheldon’s age.
It's an oldest sibling thing, at least it was then I'm 43 so I was a kid then.
He was only showing him the first time, bit like it would've been every time. Plus she wasn't driving him around because that defeats the point of him doing good job, learning skills he needed

Exactly! Almost all characters in TBBT are like that. But it's toned down in young Sheldon, they are more rounded and believable, that's why I like this more than TBBT.
