You said there’s a belt on this prompt because we’re trying to set it up for this year newly out the box it was working and then it stopped working just staying down and seems like it doesn’t want to retract all the way downwards. Sounds like it’s broken already.
Well, this guy seems to work, but then once it retracts back down, it seems like it doesn’t wanna stop for a while so the motor keeps running. Do you know a way I could stop that? If you can help me out, I try to look for any videos that show this issue that I have there’s nothing out there.

there is a switch that tells the controller that the retraction is all the way down. That switch lever often gets mangled.
