Mario, can you hook it up to your Pico and show us how clean the signal is while in programming mode? Scott Brown did this test a few years ago (testing other maintainers) which was eye opening to see which maintainers had the cleanest signals (which led to me buying the Iota DLS90). I’m curious how clean this Topdon’s signal is.
first thing I see is the same cheap clamps and clamp covers that fall off all the time. I got the tornado 90000 and it has the same new clamps and updated cables but the clamps suck.Other than that I bet it is a great machine
How are the battery clamp for their new unit ? Do you like it aproove it . I have older unit the battery clamps does not stay at all crappy design I would like to replace them for a good working .
Check out the previous maintainer video here: ruclips.net/video/D0SZmXSiwDA/видео.html

A switch guard would be nice to have on any maintainer.
Nice unit. Wish they had those for sale 20 to 25 years ago.
Thank you Mario for this video.
With that design, you could probably make an under the table mount and free up some room
Choice of Anderson in that flush mount orientation makes for a huge footprint. why not do a Surface mount and route the High Amperage lines side ways?
The cables are 15a 120v and also 20a 120v.
is that really any cheaper then dealer battery maintainers.? Pretty much every manufacturer carries midtronics DCA8000

Cool product but it reminds me of the folks who must have an 8k TV - overkill for 99.9% of the applications out there.
