usually the tier of the resource is found in the same number stage. Eg tier 1 resource found in stage 1. Anything tier 3 and up is stage 3
the capacitor drone upgrade is the only one you really need

its all test (fake) eth so no not really. Can withdraw it I think but not sure it has any value. Maybe if another game has a similar test net thing
