Redmond smoke salt is yummy.
I just use the Celtic salt in the morning. A pinch on my tongue and my morning glass of water, otherwise I only use Redmond's for EVERYTHING else. The Celtic salt on my tongue in the morning does help mineralize me and gives me that natural energy boost after i wake up. Trying to back off on the coffee. I'm down to 1.5 cups a day and I don't drink it until 3pm when I'm really starting to drag down. My husband and I will drink a little bit of salt water at night too because it helps us to NOT get up and pee so much at night.
Never hear of salty water thing.
@@myramcclain429 salt helps us retain water instead of peeing it right out. Salt and lemon water is an all natural electrolyte drink.
It actually helps people that do retain water also. I'm not sure how, but it does. My cousin retained A LOT of water when she was pregnant with her twins. She said that when she started using the Celtic salt with her water, that the fluid in her legs and ankles went away.
I just know we need salt to survive.

The only downfall to ALL electrolyte drinks. Sad 😢
