Helpful guidance and much easier to absorb when the presenter speaks, rather than captions being used. I think it would be even better if the camera was closer and there was another from a different angle.
Could the arranger not wear green, you cannot see the design against her apron. A close up of the arrangement would be better than a long view. Also less plant material on the table as it looks too cluttered.

I agree. A close-up of the foam wold be better to see the positioning of the pieces in the design.
