  • In this video clip, Sri Swami Chidanandaji (Divine Life Society, India), one of the most accomplished Raja Yogis, explains that since the yogi is working with the mind in order to transcend the mind and attain the goal of Self-Realization, it is imperative that he or she understand the nature of the mind. Through this scientific understanding and the practice of Yoga, one learns to master the mind.
