@@chrisiverson6647 I agree, rumour has it that the manifold cost 20 grand as well, just can’t see the point personally but good luck to them.

Lets just take a moment to appreciate the weld quality. The sound also speaks for itself. Also i think there is a bushing thats going to be short lived that close to the exhaust

Love that AvE sticker on the alignment machine! It sounds extremely unique, as those manifolds should do. Super stoked on this progress.
That exhaust is a thing of beauty, amazing job by Adam, glad to see this one progressing.
Given the manifold is glowing at idle speeds it's going to be so interesting and one heck of a challenge to get the heat management right under the bonnet when in full load conditions, good luck.

Exactly the exhaust headers are a work of art but the heat is going to be bad and a pain when things need to be replaced in the v10
Just needs a little fettle on the map tbh to bring the red hot exhaust on idle down a bit. Not doubting its going to be warm under there

Probably a tune issue at idle.
Realistically I see something g catching fire

The exhaust dump valve is controlled by a 3 port mac valve. So it can be opened by a switch or be controlled by the ECU.

God man, it sounds glorious through that exhaust now.... I can't wait to hear it screaming under load.... what I wouldn't give to have that beauty you built 👌 just needs either some trumpets or a custom carbon box for those ITBs
Edit: hopefully once everything is said and done, you'll get those gorgeous headers ceramic coated to keep that heat INSIDE the primaries lol.... those things were glowing like a rotary's exhaust 😅(might want to check the fuel ratio too if you haven't already with those glowing too lol)

Exhaust sounds awesome and equal sound too. Look forward to seeing how you make up coldl air feed into the throttle body's. Guess air temp must have been high after running for some time.

I have a standard M3 with S54 and standard exhaust
And the exact same problem with the exhaust touching that brace.
My solution was a new rubber mount and 3 washers between the threads and the brace to push it up a few mm further.
