I know how you feel, 5 years ago i was overwhelmed but watch enough videos and play around enough (just do it for fun) and don't buy dam meme coins (you will loose), Buy solid coins that are future proof like Bitcoin and Cardano. Screw Ethereum and Solana, also screw Sui (i think) since it has so many tokens that will unlock that it will be like inflation all over again.
Look at the tech not price action. Cardano is unmatched blockchain in terms of security. It's not the fastest, most hyped, most used but it's the most secure.
