Excellent video. I managed to hook up the audio controls to an Android unit. Just use key 1 to brown, and key 2 to grey. White to audio ground. And program with swc settings in android app. Boom thanks again!
No can bus module needed as it's an analog output which the chinese android can read.

@@spookymarik9847 anything that has a analog signal out. Look for key1 and key2 Normally two brown wires. Most of the chinese android head units have it, no point sending the unit that I have as links die after a few months.

Just started my upgrade for my wheel and noticed the bore on the 2is/3is is thinner and doesn't push the clock spring down, nor the indicator cancelling mech. Did you notice this on yours?

You can actually remove the paddles and cruise control, and use the three additional * now spare * wires to run all the radio buttons. I have a 2008 steering wheel in my IS300 05 *auto* and got only the volume and skip/rewind buttons *left side* working.. Working on getting a bellhousing adapter and going manual then hoping to do the above and get all buttons working :)
