- I was among about 30 lucky fans who got to enjoy a private acoustic performance of 5 songs by Kevin Costner & Modern West after their concert at the State Fair of Texas (Dallas) got canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather. It was a very memorable experience. More videos to follow soon.

KC is awesome, so appreciative of his fans. I can say these from first seeing him in person in 1999 @ the FLOTG premiere and in subsequent times I've gone to see him. He has the knock of making one special by simply being truly sincere as we can see from this vid. Love him w/ his kids then & now... he was so sweet to my 7 y/o twingals when they won't shake his hand...hahaha! I got 2 handshakes! So thoughtful 2 look out 4 them when they nearly got pushed, "Watch out 4 the kids!" what KC said:)

JuliasGallery LLC after seeing KCMW in concert almost 30 times this short mini concert is still by far my favorite experience.
Renate Burington 30? wow. i am your biggest listening fan now... lol. I am trying to make 1 time. and driving 3 days to do it. will he allow in big cameras? i seriously, don't own a small camera.
JuliasGallery LLC LOL, I just got lucky they played a lot of concerts over the years that were within driving distance from home. But I will travel on occasion to see them live.
Kevin has never objected to cameras and video recordings. It's the venues that sometimes don't allow it or don't allow professional looking cameras. Casinos can be strict about these rules.
Sure would like see his show. What a crazy fun group. Wondering if he travels around with his band?

We got VERY lucky! The concert was canceled due to storms so the crowd started to disperse. We noticed a handful people being led backstage thru a gate and then another group. It took some begging and pleading but the security guard finally let us in.

The music was so loud it drowned out the voices.i could hardly hear Kevin which is a shame. I just love him.
I have several more recordings of this song from other concert. This one was inside a hospitality tent during a rainstorm. It was an impromptu session. So quality is not the greatest.
