I hardly even actively think about what positions im in, I just mindlessly move around while im reading and find myself in positions that feel good on my joints and muscle tissue.
Haha this guy. I don’t believe it Wait he’s also afraid of the new dog lol Maybe I should watch their video instead of reading comments about ara ruclips.net/video/IoRdj4F3USM/видео.html
How much does Nate or do you guys read in general? Do you guys prefer specific books and have any recommendations? :)) So inspiring and incredible to watch your lifestyle, it always motivates me to better myself each day! Thank you!
I normally spend several hours checked out with my nose in a book on Sundays. During the week I TRY to read 8-10 pages in the morning before I get rolling through my day. Sometimes its more- sometimes its less- sometimes I dont get to it...I am really bad in a sense that I will read about 4 different books at the same time so I dont particularly finish one very quickly- it all depends on the mood im in for what I read. I really like philosophy- existentialism, stoicism etc...Some of my favorites that im currently in right now are - Essentialism by Greg Mckeown, Finding Flow by Csikzsentmihalyi (I think I spelled that as close to correctly as I could) -The Art of Thinking clearly, The Passion Paradox & Peak Performance by Brad Stulberg and Steve Magness.
Because who needs sleep! Your future teenager kids are in for a treat if they decide to sneak back into the house at 4am 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He’s so organised!!! Incredible
What time does Nate go to sleep?
Read and stretch? How?! I can’t do both at once.
