Great overview as always. Please report how the truck holds up to the 4s power....I'm thinking about getting a roller and drop in an Arrma BLX185 system. I can't get over how good those shocks loook.
Thks, glad you like. 1/8 ZD Racing cars are far to be my favorite, but this one look a little bit better than the ZD truggy i have. I will see when using it.
@@hafezmuhtaseb6711 yeah I've heard that from other people and I've seen some videos of it that weren't good tires falling off stuff like that and the way that the 80 amp is boxed is a joke do you have one of these
This just goes to show you how much other companies Jack up their prices like crazy this proves you can get a decent full Aluminum truck for under 200 bucks. With out motor esc
There are different aluminum qualities at different prices. The aluminum on this truck is surely not the best but will do the job for moderate bashing. This truck is also quite old design, the drive train is same since almost 10 years, so not a lot of R&D since years. For exemple i can't compare the quality with a Tekno chassis which is way better.
Yes, i got many cars from banggood for free. They let me say wathever i want on the cars, that's what i like with them. I have a local shop, very small, which sell FTX cars almost only. I get my Arrma from other shops in france or even directly from Horizonhobby in germany. For my Arrma parts they mainly come from Jennyrc or amain.
I prefer an arrma granit 3s instead of this one. About the DHK Zombie, there is a design flaw on the differential which isn't good on the Zombie. My zombie is in spares, waiting for DHK to change the gearbox design, i don't know if they will make one with a new design, but i sent them an email about that.
@@NobodyNoWhereElse Thanks so much for that detailed response! Much appreciated. Every time I research something, I come back to thinking the Arrma Granite is the way to go. I keep going back and forth with something cheaper. Will probably end up with the Arrma Granite eventually. Thanks again.
I've seen some videos showing how the body just breaks up after a few rolls. Are the towers standard so I can buy different bodies if this happens? How does this compare to the semi-cheap/not as expencive brands, like ARRMA? Is it worth it, our is this only impressive at first glance, aka by more expencive off the bat?
Yes, the body is weak, mine is cracked on some area after only one bad landing. Yes, you can put and aftermarket lexan body. No comparison possible with an Arrma. 1/8 Arrma are way better and Arrma still upgrades their cars, when ZD Racing is ten years old chassis with poor aluminum.
Yes it looks good, better than the Pirates 2 truggy i have, especially because of the aluminum part, slightly (but really slightly) longer battery tray, better motor and smaller center spur gear. But the differential are still small for a 1/8.
The 9021 is a truggy, so wider and longer. They share the same gearboxes and differentials, which are smaller than other 1/8. Zd racing 1/8 cars are definitely not what i would recommend.
Oui, trop fragile.

I always appreciate how in depth you go with these, thanks jym!
Very very cool unboxing Video! Well done! Just got the V2 and will try it out theses days. Thanks for sharing and Keep up.
How's it held up for you Kimberly?
Great Vid ... looking forward to seeing your Bash Session with it. Keep up the good work ^5
Good Review...great theme music too
Thks, glad you like it. Music : antony raijekov - journey - close to me.

I do not advise you to buy bad quality

Own one of the buggy type 1/8 but you should be aware that weight and wheels affect the ability of car parts
@@hafezmuhtaseb6711 Yeah I have also heard that they have small diffs as well have you had any trouble with yours

Do you get all of these cars from Bangoood
Do you have a hobby shop near you where you got the Arrmas from

Thks, me too 😉
Its nice but its a 1/8 buggy with big tires ...its small for a 1/8 mt

Does anyone know where i can find or have a link for this truck in stock?
