@@sandrathompson6381 You are correct. US$1.8 to US$2 million for one 4-5 bedroom unit and the project flopped. Experienced real estate purchasers with money are not stupid to buy into this overpriced property. The project should have been completed more than a year ago.
@@oralacampbell6017 Real estate has basically become legal scamming. They thought all the foreigners would just empty their bank accounts and retirement savings and spend any amount asked. I even saw it in one property listing "Make a withdrawal from your 401k and purchase this property today".lol. Them really think people who work hard to make their money are stupid with their money. The pandemic panic brought out extreme greed and stupidity and there is a price to pay. It is being downplayed and hidden but the housing market is grinding to a halt and they keep dropping the prices on listings because many not selling. Lots of foreclosures and bankruptcies coming.

Only 7 of the 12 Hambani Estate units have been sold since 2021. Prices have been reduced significantly, as much as 40%, to as low as US$1.2 million for a Villa.
They need to plant more trees 🌳 and greenery. Too much concrete and measley little palm trees that are struggling for their lives. Come on, make tree-lined streets and curbs, put plants and trees on roof tops and make better curb appeal. Right in the videos you can see that these are woefully lacking. Do better Jamaica....smh. Poor aesthtics all around. The KSA needs to make these criteria mandatory when they pass these developments! They are such a failure. Why cant we have communities that are lush, green and clean .... Do Better Devlopers, Government and all stakeholders
