What's you're essentially saying is that G-D's Presence left the inhabitants of Israel, and remained in, and with, us and therefore, we were able to defeat them.

Please keep in mind that the stories of the Torah are about God's involvement in the lives of the Jewish People. In this case God, though overseeing all of creation was protecting and helping them, and therefore yes, they would have been able to defeat the inhabitants of the land even though they were stronger then them.
      I hope this clarifies things.

An question never asked is if the spies called the inhabitants of the land Giants, why is there is never any allusion to that elsewhere? Throughout the book of Joshua there is battle after battle and the enemy is never once referred to as huge people. Were the spies wrong or was it a metaphor, or some other none rationale? Further, Moses states, proclaim liberty throughout the land, But this was the beginning of the conquest of the land. There was no liberty for any of the inhabitants who had to fight or surrender. Thank you

"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." (AKJV+, Genesis 6:4). From these episode all the “gods” of the Greek pantheon originated. After this the entire world got so bad that G’d had to destroy the entire Earth except for Noach and his family. Notice that Noah was chosen because he was righteous and (genetically) perfect; "These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God." (AKJV+, Genesis 6:9). The Hebrew word for ‘perfect’ is ‘tamyn’. Hibridism is the key word! Now you know why the flood was necessary and also the reason why Israel had to kill even babies of some people. Is it extraordinary to you? Who built the pyramids? This episode in Gn 6 explains a lot…!

So all the giants were killed in the flood. That was centuries before the Hebrews spied out the land. Not a good answer, my friend..

Weren't we told that once once we enter Israel, we would have to live according to the LAWS OF NATURE?
And therefore, according to what they saw - NATURALLY- they could not defeat them!

I think the answer is that though they were going to have to work the land, because of God's promise to deliver the land into their hands, they needed to have the faith that that would happen - miracles or not.

@@chayarachel7268The FAITH you are talking about, can be described as the CORRECT combination of intellect and emotion, which produces the PERCEPTION of the physical reality we perceive.
