MrArticSwing I get the lane splitting and I get all his rants about bad drivers. But right before the end of the video he takes off and rides the middle lane getting so close to the car in the right lane while he has the left lane all for himself. He does it so often so why complain about what he does? Cause he's on a bike?
SnowCat ever think that your the aggressive one? Been watching your videos for a long time and im starting to see that you are more aggressive then others. Maybe you should fix that instead of saying other are.

He thinks being a bitch cancels out the aggression.
I usually agree with you on the bad drivers but the clip were the person is doing the left, I'm on their side. The traffic had stopped and they were carefully coming forward to see the other lanes and stopped as soon as they saw you. Didn't see a problem there.
Yo im from LA and turning left on an intersection while its red is kinda necessary unless you want 1 car to pass every freaking light. We dont need more cameras, we need more green light arrows. That way the people turning left can turn without looking like douches.
Robbie Jackson I don't live around there I live in the uk and I'm shocked at how accurate it is just buy watching people on RUclips driving around the place
@@Smp88 then you'd be arrested for obstructing traffic and causing an accident :) lane splitting is legal in Cali, so it isn't really classified as aggresive :)))))
1:45 Holy shit, you are the shit driver sometimes! This is a common situation in heavy traffic. Other cars was yielding and he went for it, as he should. He was not expecting filtering biker and he should not in any case. If you are filtering, you have to be the careful one and expect situations like these, and yield for safety. Otherwise - like your videos, keep them coming!
Road after intersection is full of cars, meaning - that lane only should go right or wait before intersection. If he would be in a car, he would have to wait before intersection, so the conclusion is - he is filtering traffic.
+david gonzalez your tripping, lane splitting is perfectly legal even on the freeway. Not sure what state your in but I’m guessing it’s not California where this video is filmed. Just because something is illegal in your state doesn’t mean it’s nationwide.
The light was green, therefore, the turning lanes have to yield until they have an actual opening. If they cant see, that doesnt give them the right to just poke out.
Wow... He compains about a car running a red light and says that these kind of intersections need traffic camera’s. But after the light turn green he pulls a wheelie and breaks the speedlimit... the hypocricy is just too much to handle
Snowcat, I live in San Diego and there's a quite few motorcycles here. Every time I drive to school I always move over to give a motorcycle more than enough space. As you've said it the past before it's pretty dangerous for a motorcycle to sit in between cars so when ever there's a red light and I'm in the front I give lane splitters enough space to sit in front of me, but it often pisses of cars behind me. Should I keep doing this? Or stop at the line? EDIT: I do this because in this area there's so my rear end collisions because of bad drivers. Yesterday I had a lady in front of me slam her breaks because she wanted to jump into the left turn lane which was full! I almost hit her, luckily I was paying attention.
How am I saying "fuck drivers"? I do genuinely hate pissing off anyone on the road but it's only half a car length which is why I'm asking this question.
Dude, I gotta say that at 0:40 you overreacted, just a bit. I live here in SoCal, and although lane splitting is legal, you need to limit it to when it is safe. 50+mph heading into an intersection isn't the safest time to be lane splitting. Not hatin' though. Big fan, big fan. As far as the red light cameras go, SoCal has actually cut back on the amount of red light cameras over the last 10 yrs.
Obviously, there was some level of distraction for the van driver. No doubt. All I'm saying is that if you asked the CHP about the safe "guidelines" for lane sharing, more than likely this situation wouldn't qualify as a safe decision. At the end of the day, it's just my opinion. I couldn't say to what extent the different cities have cut back on the cameras. But there were issues with the different municipalities being able to prove the identity of the drivers, mixed with a lot of folks refusing to pay the fines. So, a lot of cities started removing them altogether.
+snowcat just to piggyback on Joe's comment living socal myself, another reason for the reduction was the pretty sizeable increase in vehicles getting rear ended due to cars literally slamming their brakes because they were in that inbetween which would likely have resulted in getting ticketed if they didn't rapidly slow down.
snowcat yes the van did wrong by drifting over to far but why were you trying to lane split at 40 mph (I assume your bike is in mph right now) you could have just waited for the jeep to pass the van then passed the van then the jeep.
I love it. He doesn’t gaf what y’all say and he’s just saying the truth. There’s no point in commenting hate because he doesn’t care about the hate at all. It’s amazing 😂😂✌🏻
This is why the very best dashcam channels are based in L.A. or San Diego, because of all the super aggressive drivers nearly smashing into one another.
I honestly hate red light cameras. Here in Chicago, they make the yellow light really short, trying to get people to run the red for money. All it ends up doing is causing rear end collisions. In the suburbs the yellow is longer, and nobody runs reds.
we actually had a ton of red light cameras some time back but they were messing up and taking pictures of people who were waiting at the line and they were taken down
Im fairly sure 90% of freeways or highways are designed for more then the speed limit but speed limits are set for a reason, everyone sticks to them so you don't have idiots or impatient cunts flying past you in heavy traffic conditions. I mean if your in a hurry to get somewhere then leave earlier... Speed kills. My motorbike can do well over the speed limit but you don't hear me complaining.
I got busted in the Netherlands that way! I think it was on the A4 from Schiphol airport to alphen ann den rijn. I got a ticket in the mail back in the US. Thanks Avis Rentals lolz
There are so many inconsiderate drivers in California. Some people just don't need to have drivers licenses or don't need to be behind the wheel in general.
The other day while at a traffic light I watched a guy turn left well after my light had turned green. There was a cop behind me and he pulled him over. It felt great driving past him
Soco de Mesa The types of encounters he runs into like the person trying to left turn while he can't see the lane snowcat was on, light runners, and lane cutters... Seeing these makes you more aware while on the street. You watch out and know what to look for and can evade a lot easier.
The problem with red light cameras is that they can actually cause more accidents than they prevent because people slam on their brakes at a yellow and end up getting rear-ended. They changed the laws in Georgia to make it a lot harder to have the cameras because of that. Oh, and the companies who run the camera systems are really sketchy too.
sz42781 You clearly don't understand what lane splitting is. "This one completely irrelevant youtuber says this so im right." Well buddy California law and safety says otherwise.
my shop seacher totaled his bike and ended up in the hospital 2 days before school started this year because someone pulled out in front of him like that
lol exactly on the insurance part! Also be careful lane splitting. If you learned how to ride in LA while lane spliting your much better at spotting areas of concern. Few tips.. Try to avoid lane splitting on the streets if the cars are in motion. ESPECIALLY be careful doing that in KoreaTown which you were in for a bit of this video. Wait till light turns red the split lanes to get to the front of the line. On the freeway don't lane split unless your on the carpool/traffic lane. Right in the middle there is a nice solid yellow line you can put your tires in there and lane split, once it becomes solid go into the carpool lane (motorcycles as I'm sure you're aware are allowed in the carpool lane). Once its solid yellow you can lane split again, but the rest of the freeway is a crap shoot. Essentially just because you can lane split everywhere doesn't mean you should. Oh and most importantly cover the front brake with your hand and be ready to stop when lane splitting. Remember also the second important part shift weight back when hard braking and downshift to first check behind you and be prepared to get out of the area..

4:52 actually the cameras in West Hollywood don't give tickets anymore, they flash and shit but you won't get a ticket. Only city that has them is Beverly Hills now.
red light cameras are stupid, they go off when u approach them at a somewhat fast speed and then they send you a ticket even though the picture clearly shows you stopped

SUPER AGGRESSIVE....Hahahaha....pussycat is not a good biker, he is a good complainer.
Driving between lanes on a bike is also aggressive driving. Lol.

that's so true and how did you even saw the first cop lol
LMFAO I JUST NOTICED YOU PASSED BY THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL I WORK AT
Keep up the good work. My mate just bought a Mavic Pro Drone. What are u using? He wants to get the Inspire 2 but they cost around $10,299 AUS.
0:39 made me jealous... a Mustang and a Camaro right behind each other? Where I live you're pretty lucky to spot one muscle car, let alone 2 parked stopped behind each other at a traffic light.
4:52 actually the cameras in West Hollywood don't give tickets anymore, they flash and shit but you won't get a ticket. Only city that has them is Beverly Hills now.
i see you not coming to a complete stop at those stop signs! breaking the law snowcat!
3:05 nice. which is rare to be found in my hometown. kudos to the driver
I was thinking the same thing. Huh, this feels like a gta landmark
Wait, can people in California choose NOT to insure their car? I live in the Netherlands where it's illegal to drive a car that is not insured...
red light cameras are stupid, they go off when u approach them at a somewhat fast speed and then they send you a ticket even though the picture clearly shows you stopped
You went by where I work haha watch for the bike cop
lol the beginning of the vid ''cops cops cops cops''
We got red lights here in Florida too. They're never used though. What's your thoughts on yellow light runners?
good eye on those coppers, just goes to show everyone how important it is to always be lookin ahead, u just never know lol
