Cybershark was easily the best Deluxe Class Beast Wars toy, not only among the toy-only characters but from the entire line. The articulation and personality in the figure is just amazing, not to mention that it was a shellformer done right. An update would lose the entertaining gimmicks from the original but could improve quite a few things and the retool potential is just huge.
Agreed, from childhood to now, he is still my favorite toy for toys sake.
I would still want the chest cannon. It can just be blast effect compatible, but I want the chest cannon.

Fractyl is another obvious redeco for Terrorsaur and would like to see remakes of B’boom and Wolfang as well. B’boom was one of the best pre-transmetal figures.
This is a topic I am so here for. Adding to my generations Beastwars shelf with any, and all characters is so fun. For example, the fossilizers are such a unique addition to the shelf. I will always welcome more little animal friends!

Manta Ray from mcdonalds was cool, but unlike Sonar I never really agreed with making them a girl when making their bio (though I would be okay with Beetle being a girl) because the color scheme screams "muscle beach" to meach.
This was really interesting, especially since I've never even seen most of these.

I feel like instead of getting a new Razorbeast we would just get a new Randy with a gimmick based around squeezing it to screw with everyone.
I don't want a modern Magnaboss or Tripredacus to be a Commander Class toy, like Magmatron.
Aside from the lack of popularity to warrant a Commander Class slot, I think we could have more chances of getting a Modern Magnaboss via three individual toys that can combine.
With Magmatron, it is understandable to keep the Dinos in a set since they don't have individual robot modes.
But with Magnaboss and Tripredacus, they could get away with releasing them as individual parts since each one has their own robot mode.
I'd say make Magnaboss and Tripredacus Titans. Sure, it'd cost us a few repaints (pour out my hopes for a Tripledacus/Jointron redo), but it'd give them the budget to be best engineered. We've come a long way since Combiner Wars Devastator and POTP Predaking being big because the name of the size class demanded they be big- let the current design team pop off and give us BWII Magnaboss and BW toyline Tripredacus with all the advancements they've made in the last half-decade.
@@EternityKingdomsHeadHonchonot sure if they'd need to be in the titan class, I think commander or at the very least leader. Leader would allow for repaints obviously and commander would give us solid beast wars combiners. If they chose titan class, I think I'd almost have them as a masterpiece figure
You know when I worked at Kmart back in the day as a teenager (1997), I remember putting a lot of these toys out and thinking to myself “these were never in the show, who would buy them?” However when I saw manga boss and tripredicus (if I messed up the name I am sorry I am old lol ) I bought those two because I thought they were cool.
I think a lot of those non beast war show toys were pretty cool. Hasbro can definitely do it if they have people talking about it enough .
For me, I would want a modern version of Wolfang. Wolfang had a modest role in the old IDW comics from back in the day and wolves are my favorite animals. Fun Fact: Tigatron was actually supposed to be a wolf but CGI models were expensive so to save money, mainframe just modified Cheetor’s beast mode into a White Tiger. The character of Tigatron is beautiful but I just can’t help wonder how different he would be if Tigatron was a wolf instead 😉

A new Razorbeast could be repainted/retooled into G1 Snarler and not just Randy.
One thing I'd like TJOmega to cover some time would be if the tv commercials were hype enough to get you to want to buy the toy.

Oh my god! I had Beetle too! Loved that toy, pretty much the only "real" transformer I ever had as a kid. Any other robot toys we could afford were bootlegs, but still enjoyed them at the time.

I too loved that McDonalds beetle. I don’t even remember how I got him because I was past happy meal age and my parents were discouraging me from buying any toys, but I dubbed him “insecticon” and he was among the last toys I got ahold until I became an adult collector later. I held on to him for years but sadly he vanished in a move.

Honestly, I could see them doing a Marvel's Vulture transformer based on Transmetal II Prowl.
The original Torca was a really cool concept as far as its gimmickry, because the weapon on the figure's back could activate both of its gimmicks in beast mode; its mounting was a slide joint that made the tusks move in and out like pincers, and yet the figure's head still had a degree of left and right movement in robot mode. and on top of that, the water squirting gimmick was meant to evoke the orca's blowhole.
I just realized the Happy Meal Beetle transformer has the same transformation as the Happy Meal transmetal Blackarachnia figure.

His name is Hammerbyte. There's also Hammerstrike from Beast Machines. I think Hammer heads actually appear more often because the shape of the head is more interesting to turn into a Transformer than the great white.
Anyway... I do agree that it would be nice to get a new Optimus Primal and Megatron based on the basic 2 pack versions of them. I know the Titans Return versions exist but those are mechanical beast modes, to really be accurate they need to have Organic beast modes in the same style as the Kingdom figures.
Wolfang needs a new figure. He has a lot of repaint potential as well because there's a Maximal and Predacon version of him. K-9, and Max-B that they could retool him into.
I totally agree on Cybershark because I love sharks. I have the reissue one sitting on my desk. That's another mold with a lot of repaint potential because there are other versions of that mold with different heads to represent different types of sharks plus Hellscream. I'm not so big on the TM2 version cause I'm color blind so it's hard for me to even see the difference between Cybershark and Sky-Byte so it's not even worth it to me to have both versions.
B'Boom which I actually had as a kid and always imagined him as basically BW Ultra Magnus... Seriously he's a better Ultra Magnus than the bad Mammoth pun.
Magnaboss and Tripredacus. Tripredacus technically was in the cartoon but they never appeared with beast modes so I'm counting them and I do want modern versions of both combiners.

Rhinox, Waspinator, and Airazor! Specifically talking about the TM versions that were never in the show... though Rhinox was technically in Armada, he did appear in a background shot in one episode. But everyone forgets he was in the cartoon because he didn't have a speaking role and he was on screen for less than a minute. Anyway they have the best vehicle modes of any of the Transmetals, expecially Waspinator who actually looks like a vehicle instead of a beast mode with wheels attached to it. I'm surprised you didn't mention TM Waspinator cause a lot of people always reference him as the best Transmetal figure.
Scourge. Not a damn other thing you can do with it but I want Scourge.
Jawbreaker. This one has some options. Frostbite since that figure goes for crazy money now and then Unite. But this design can also be used for Cybertron Snarl as well. So there's that, black Fangwolf and Botcon Weirdwolf. Not that they'd need more than that but the Classics Minicon Snarl also could be done from this so there's another five. Maybe even Overbite too for another five Minicon UPdates.
Transmetal Airazor. I just want more Airazors.
Nightglider, Stinkbomb and Spittor.
Ramulus.
Jetstorm.
Sky Shadow.
You said a few I would want more but these are all cool too. In short, just update them all.

Air hammer isn’t the only who couldn’t type. I have always wanted all beast wars figures to have real hands in future releases.
I think an extensive retool of Kingdom Airazor could work for Air Hammer, plus a few Hammerbyte lookalikes from Cyberverse had similar wings too, so there's your repaint potential.
Torca was AMAZING! I remember loving that one! I regret selling it off
They could take the Nightshade mold and make Prowl II. They could turn the Legacy Sky Byte into Cybershark, Hellwarp, Deluge, and maybe they could do a toy accurate Cybershark
Basically, I want them to do the entire toyline, SPECIALLY those who got sub-par toys, imagine an actually normal Retrax!
I totally agree about Polar Claw. I have the vintage figure, and it was one of the first Beast Wars toys I got. If done right a new version would be an instant buy for me.
Random beast wars era figures I'd like to see updates(I have zero knowledge of characters outside of the American show so forgive me if I mention characters that don't qualify or end up with terrible personalities) would be...
Armordillo. I just love the animal he is based on. Highly doubt it will ever happen but would be an instant buy.
Claw Jaw. Another basic I had I just really enjoyed.
B Boom. I don't know why I like it, but I thought it was a fun toy back in the day.

Let's take another bite out of the old Fun Publications stuff in the same vein as Antagony or Sandstorm and do more easy repaints all in one fell swoop. Give us Packrat, Fractyl, and Windrazor. The fact that the Kingdom Rattrap mold hasn't been reused (other than the Netflix version) is downright criminal.

If they make the Leo junior, Skywarp, and Santon version, they could repaint it into the Ironhide, Silverbolt, and Prowl version.
I wish we could get a remake of Beast Wars but with a much more expanded story with more characters.
After Silverbolt and Quickstrike, Torca is probably the most visually cohesive Fuzor, and which goes a long way. Plus he is just a great design.

Snapper is my favorite. I'd love a new one, but I'll never get rid of the one I have. Torca without GPS is probably my first choice though. In all honesty though, I want all of these.
When I saw the Magnaboss commercial in the 1990s, I believed that Magnaboss would appear in the TV show at the time as it used CGI animation which I thought was a clip from the episode. Rewatching it later, the quality of the CGI was poor compared to the show but I didn't notice that when I originally watched the commercial.

Torca looks like he has the same transformation as Kingdom Optimus Primal. I wonder if they could retool that big Beast Awakens Awakening Optimus Primal figure into him. Color it in mostly brown plastic with remolded feet/hands, then new parts for all of the Orca to replace the back and chest.
I want a a new Wolfang figure. I need canines for my maximal team! Also how about Alligator Megatron, but in a leader class.

it would be sick to get a magnaboss to fight with the new megmatron, and with next year getting so many combiners already it doesn't seem impossible.
The third modes on transmetals tripping up Hasbro confuses me, because for the most part we're not talking about full on third modes like with Springer or Blitzwing. We're talking Tracks' flight mode
I do think that if a new Magnaboss or Torca figure is made, it will be the one from "Beast Wars II" or "Neo", if Tasmania Kid is anything to go by. Since there's going to be a Sky-Byte next year, it might be the best chance for a new Cybershark. Since you mentioned it, I didn't know that Sky-Byte was just a repaint of a "BW" figure.
Also, that "Kingdom" poster wasn't meant for public eye. It was meant as a pitch for Hasbro. Gears and Polar Claw were never actually "made" or anything.
Such a fan geekout thing for Cyberverse to include new Airhammers and Injectors, and shame the toyline didn’t make new toys for them even with gimmicks, and the Cyberverse toyline budget feels like a luxury compared to Earthspark toys.

Polar Claw was never announced. The poster that you are referring to was shown to Hasbro execs as proof of concept to get them to support a line with the Beast Wars characters in it. Not all of these characters were meant to get figures. It does not counts as a listing or an announcement.
