Is FSSAI license mandatory requirement for FSSC 22000 v5.1 certification?

Standard is generic..you will not find an exact requirement for FSSAI..however, standard talks about meeting relevant statutory n regulatory requirements..it's a standard for food safety..therefore, all food legal requirements will be applied and checked during audit...read Clause 1 part b of iso 22000..where requires organizations to demonstrate compliance with regulatory n statutory requirements...
