It is "en croissant" btw. It's derivation is from the 18th century, when a GrandMaster at the time was playing chess against his wife one morning, whilst eating buttery, flakey pastries. His greasy fingers accidentally moved the prawn on to the wrong square, hence the term "en croissant" was born

@@epicchess2021 Today I checkmated Fritz 16 online amateur level in 21 moves. I have this idea that any one move can fairly drastically change the outcome of a game and if the opponent makes 2 not-so-good moves in a row... well, you can win. haha I happened to see the old Greek Gift sacrifice available and got my queen 2 squares in front of the king with all his pieces bunched up, unable to come to his rescue. But to GET to that point of being able to execute the bishop sac was more a matter of Fritz playing the "wrong" moves because my play was basically a photocopy of the London opening I have been playing so... ? But my brain is too preoccupied with other stuff to really advance much in chess BUT it was very satisfying beating Fritz so quickly. :) Rock on.
