In today's video we're walking you through how we do the final color grading on all of our in-studio shots to get that cool blue, dark and moody look using the Lumetri Color Panel in Adobe Premiere Pro. I'm talking through shadow tinting, hue saturation curves, HSL secondary and skin tone masking, Lumetri scopes, and the RGB parade.

I actually never watched a video of color grading/correction and actually put it to practice until today because I didn't have an Adobe subscription. It is so much fun to do it along with the video. I wish I had the guts to change career paths to an editing gig but one step at a time ay? Thank you so much for making this amazing content. Logitech MX Master 2s - Works on both Mac and Windows, has 3 programmable options to switch between 3 devices (Windows PC, Mac, and Phone/Tablet). I love mine! If you decide to move to a Windows Desktop, the Logitech Craft keyboard is pretty sweet too! Pairs well with the MX Master.

That laptop is so awesome. I think I’d miss the trackpad and zooming in and out with it in Premiere. Last PC I had from Microsoft one of their surface devices I couldn’t get this to work in Premiere and it drove me nuts. Or maybe it works and it was just that device. So happy to see you two getting even more traction on RUclips, you deserve the BEST! 🎉

When I started this video, I thought that the mouse choice was Becki's as Chris is all fancy with Razer, I was hoping he would be using a Logitech Gpro lightspeed or Razer Bassilask Ultimate or at least the MX Master (mouse recommendations 😉), but boy was I wrong! I'm a Mac and FCPX guy, but this is the beauty of Premiere. When fit hits the shan with your Mac, you can edit on any computer available. Great tutorial!

Color grading is so different than photo editing. I feel I’m a whiz with photos but learning color grading has been a long process. These videos are always very helpful. It would be interesting to see you do it in real-time.

The MX ergo is popular, I prefer the G502 lightspeed, it has a thumb button that heavily decreases the sensitivity while pressed so you can make fine slider adjustments easily.
This was the most simple, clear, easy to understand explanation of the whole lumetri panel. You're the best Becki! (Chris too, but not gonna lie, he didnt help much in this vid lol)

If chris is gaming, getting a gaming mouse is great but if fully for productivity, do check out the logitech MX series. if you don't mind big size. MX Master 3. if it's for travel. MX Anywhere 2S. the software features are GREAT!. i have a gaming mouse and a MX master 3 on my table now and i switch back and forth for gaming vs productive. a little excessive i know :P
