They even said, as long as it's downloaded, even if the subscription runs out, you can use it. However, if it's not downloaded, you have to get a subscription or credits to download it. So it's kinda balanced. Even if people record it like that it's basically unnecessary, and it's more editing and work, and a higher risk of legal battles. When you could just download and be legal.
