I actually met Alvy Moore ,aka Hank Kimball back in 1994, three years before he passed away. I told him that he played my favorite character on the show. He and Tom Lester (Eb) were best friends. In the late 1970's I would go to Eddie Albert's (Mr. Douglas) house in Pacific Palisades to work on the pool. I never once saw, or met him, but he had a huge greenhouse in his backyard, filled with plants. I'd like to see the clip when Lisa serves Oliver the "do it yourself peanut butter kit". This was a great show, thanks for posting this.
Just think of the competition GA’s writers had. ‘Gilligan’s Island’, McHale’s Navy’, ‘F Troop’, ‘The Beverly Hillbillies’, ‘The Munsters’, ‘The Lucy Show’, ‘Dennis The Menace’ - everything was silly escapism at the time. I think one of the charms of GA is that the writers, in this environment, managed to keep the show fresh and always doing something unexpected. Today, we look at GA and it seems a world away from everything else we see. That wasn’t true for viewers when the show was in first-run.
Well, he doesn't so much speaks, more like prattle. Well, not so much prattling, just sort of jibber-jabber. Anyway, certainly not nonsense. Just a bit silly. Well, utterly silly. Nonsense really. What were we talking about?
The ladder gag never stops being funny
I adored Ava ad Lisa, she always looked stunning yet so funny.

One of the best sitcoms out there. The writers constantly blow my mind on how they come up with this brilliant comedy.
I loved this episode, Lisa finds out Dorris secret.😂
My wife looks a lot like Lisa and cooks like one too. No wonder I love them both. One is crazy Hungarian and the other a crazy russian.
Nothing like a good jam session.
Funniest sitcom ever!!!!
this show is so surreal for a 70s sitcom 😂
