Joe Biden's Presidential Convoy and Royal Family driving through London!

- During the past weekend in London, during Queen Elizabeth II's funeral, I was able to capture footage of many convoys of special cars driving through London, including Joe Biden's 'Motorcade': a convoy of many cars flown over from the United States including the Cadillac Presidential Limousines nicknamed 'The Beast'. It was also fantastic to see the Royal Family driving through London in a classic Rolls-Royce (King Charles), two Bentley State Limousines built especially for the Royal Family, which were transporting Meghan, Harry, William and Kate, as well as bulletproof Range Rovers, armoured undercover police BMWs, Maybachs and plenty more!
Like em or loath em, that's cool.
Imagine the feeling of being a "run of the mill" world leader, all crammed in together like sardines in a regular bus, vs those leaders in their own Rolls Royce or Cadillac 'Beast' with a motorcade? lol

They shouldn’t have made an exception for the US, everyone should have arrived the same
I love how most kings, and prime ministers just drive around on public roads with like 1-3 cars of motorcade, and the US president has like 40 cars in his motorcade lol
I am glad that the political leaders in this country, and even our royal family, don’t have anything as ostentatious as the US president’s motorcade. The royal family, with the exception of the king, will even drive themselves around on public roads. I did find it quite bewildering though why people in the crowds thought that wooing a hearse was an appropriate action.
There wasn't really much security there, at least compared to in the US. Half of the security with were British police, and half of the total vehicles were just press, staffers, ambulances and other stuff. It's just for show, it's there for your entertainment
That was their way of showing respect to their queen. It's called humanity, try it sometimes. Furthermore, as an American we don't care about pretension or ostententation, that's your national specialty. The purpose of the presidential motorcade is to protect the president and his party from harm, according to the direction of the secret service.
It's not us parading in ridiculous 17th Century garments and costumes just to open House of Parliament with the attendees wearing unwieldy robes, and other regalia to attend such events. That would be you.

Notice how any of the OTHER world leaders like the ones in the Mercedes, BMW, Rolls Royce, etc. did not either?

The Presidential Beast itself is diesel, I believe. Something to do with it being less volatile than gasoline in case of emergency? But yes, no sniff of an EV in that Presidential "motor"-cade!
@@josephd.2725 Yeah but aren't EV's going to be "more energy efficient, more eco friendly & etc"???? Somebody whose putting in hundreds of billions of $$$$$ into it & when he goes to some other country he uses 80 vehicles who all are gasoline. Why don't they make an electric "Presidential Beast" if EV are the future?????
@@honeybadger1125 Lol, it would need its own nuclear power plant to get the thing rollin'! I'm still trying to figure out the whole EV being good for the environment when there are polluting power stations producing the electricity in some cases. Then there's the exhausted battery disposal/recycling. Unless it's solar, wind, or hydro power involved, EVs are no better than gasoline or diesel. In fact, they say that hybrids produce the best balance of overall emissions. But yes, the President's carbon footprint has to be huge! Or 'Uge!... as it was a few years ago under the other guy. ; -)
@@josephd.2725 that's what am saying. The most elected president ever says that EV are going to be the future. So that's my point, if he believes that why doesn't he dump some hundred millions to develop another beast tank filled with giant batteries + plus cutting edge Armour into it. That's what all these climate change maniacs should do instead of using the good ol gas powered engine.

She wasn't God. People need to get over it.
That's your opinion. Many people viewed her sort of like a grandmother, like no matter how shit things got, she'd be there to see the country out of it. Now there's a void and people miss her. They're allowed to mourn.

@@keynesianeconomics4113 Well, I loved MY grandmother. In fact, she was only one of TWO people in my entire life that I know loved me unconditionally. I saw her daily. I dined with her every night for almost 7 years. But she was NOT God. In fact, good Christian woman that she was, she was the one who taught ME a deeper love for God and Jesus Christ which only got deeper over time.
She wasn't God but The Queen. Pain and suffering, slavery etc. were not orchestrated by her, but her ancestors. Times changed. She was about peace and harmony, which is why it is evident that the world over respects her, even the USA who are proud to have become independent of the king long before her.
