Magnificent. What I love is that the real spot of the Temple is somehow 'hidden' and not what they call the Temple Mount today. Just as well as the Garden Tomb is not a kitsch tourist attraction owned by the Vatican inside the wall. And psalm 23...even when I walk through the shadow of the valley of death... I find it ironic that the Muslims are claiming that Mohammad ascended to the heavens from the site of the Temple of Zeus/Jupiter (Dome of the Rock--gold dome.) The writing on the Dome claims that the Christians trinity is composed of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. Something that Christians do not believe.

No one seems to take that into consideration....the Gihon springs is located in the city of David. No running water runs from the temple mount. I often wonder if the temple was really located there and not on top of the mount.

If you do some research you will discover that Mt Zion was cut down and moved. Simon the Hasmonean ordered it. The current Zion is west of the original and it stood south of the location you believe is the location of the temples further confirming your belief because a tower stood on the original mt Zion. That’s where the guards used to watch the activity in the temple area.
I wonder if it's possible that sometime in history the Jews have started to rebuild the temple but the work was not completed. I wonder becouse Jesus said that one stone should not be left on another stone.

Wouldn't those stones be under the old city of David and also since it was left in Total ruin would it be plausible that over time people used those stones to build dwellings through time, layer upon layer?

Without rambling on, I'm to be coming up to a new area, which is the tail end of the last of my three long dreams. Each area seem's to last two years. The area I'm now in started March of 2017 Spring solstice. The commercial plane in the light on my left, was when a new Christian Brother acquaintance paid for my round trip plane ticket for the Shepherd's Chapel passover, including my hotel in 2017. I had never met him prior to this, but was in communication for about 6 or so month's prior to 2017 Passover. Yes we are, but not to the Orthodox Jews. They don't believe in Jesus therefore they are still waiting for their messiah, that's why they will build their third Temple. It will be built because it's here - Ezekiel 40-47.

You don't understand the topography of the city of David, where do you want to place the temple? over the ruins of the buildings , the whole excavation site is strewn with remnants which predate the Herod's temple structures or underneath them?

@@kingsway4906 That there is no need to search for the correct location of the first and second Temples because God Himself, in Ezekiel 43:12, is showing that they were erected upon the Temple Mount, where the dome of the rock is now situated. When they come to build the third Temple the only thing they need to find is the exact location of The Holy of Holies then they can build the Temple around that.
A passage in the dead sea scrolls read that the high priest could stand on the temple steps, look over past the golden gate and watch the sacrifice of the red heifer. You can't do that in the city of david. Please research further.
Anyone have a map or know the location of where the trumpeters stone fell? Id like to see it because its large and it must have fallen close to the temple location....its not like you can carry the darn thing around easily and throw it over the edge of the wall.
Yeshua told His talmidim, regarding the temple campus, 'not a single stone will be left standing'. This is recorded in Matt. 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. Micah [chapter 3] already foretold the destruction of 70AD. When I sat at the plaza, facing the Kotel, I remembered the words of Yeshua and realized that the temple mount was indeed torn down. It was torn down by the Roman soldiers, operating from the 35-acre high ground they preserved, called Fort Antonia. What we have here, [thanks to rabbi Benjamin of Tudela Spain], is replacement archaeology. Temple mount was 600' south of the south wall, on the Ophel [Silwan neighborhood].

Good point. It's an ongoing investigation with a closer and closer area of focus. Like most I was following the "traditional" City of David view but then found the Qumran Map and the Cardos.. If you could come to Jerusalem you'd quickly realize the Temple is not hanging on the edge of a cliff into the Kidron Valley, no way.
@@LeelandJones I have been to Jerusalem and am intrigued at the slope of the hill that was never built upon. My understanding is that they believe that the foundations of the temple platform were sunk into the Kidron according to Josephus, which accounts for the dizzying height. It is believed to be the projecting tower or tower that "lieth out". The great height explains why it was such a huge deal for Satan to take Jesus to the pinnacle of the temple and suggest he throw himself down. Your new site would not have the height or the have a foundation in the Kidron. Additional evidence is that the oldest graves in the Kidron were oriented to the City of David, not the Haram (or your location). I personally believe that the location of the underground altar in the CoD is significant. Another significant find is the Greek Akra that was also near the temple - in the CoD.
The Temple is 10 stories high, that's the pinnacle. It's an area of at least 300 cubits, a whole "complex" of buildings, sorry it's not over there off a cliff.
@@LeelandJones Consider exactly what kind of foundation is needed to support a ten story building. Josephus stated the wall started in the Kidron. There's no way around that fact. And this is confirmed by Nehemiah who sent two singing parties around the wall to celebrate the re-dedication of the temple. They ended up at the gates of the temple, with one clearly being the water gate - which was toward the east for access the Gihon spring house.
The Bible has "many" verses saying that the Spirit of Elohim "dwelt in the city of David," and I would think that His Spirit dwelt in His temple. As for all the archaeology etc. I still don't know…
One should ask this important question is to why the eastern gate is outside the city wall & such a small entrance... Temple is facing the eastern gate & if this thing is this important then the entrance should have been magnificent & large... There is a valley right outside the eastern gate so the design doesn't make sense....

The Temple Institute claims that artifacts found on the Temple Mount prove that it is the true Temple location. But the Romans did more than destroy the Temple, the Romans tried to remove it's memory by destroying all records and scattering it's artifacts everywhere around. Therefore an artifact location is actually proof that the Temple was not at that location. The second Jewish Temple was completely rebuilt by the Maccabees, due to it's desecration by a capturing military, thus it is also the third Temple.
Why no one ever points out the Kings of Yahudah Palace? That was actually bigger and took longer to build than the Temple. Maybe the So called Temple Mount is the Palace of the Kings of Yahudah
I believe you but Israel will not build 3rd temple in city of David because of the Archeology that your standing in. Israel religious leaders say 3rd temple will be built on south end of temple mount if Al aqsa mosque is shut down and relocated. The foundation stone will be separate from the temple.
About the Western Wall, I have asked the same question because Jesus’ words are true. So one Israeli brother in Christ who’s in the tourism business told me that the western wall was part of the temple complex built by King Herod. It is not part of the second temple but part of the whole complex which Herod extended during his time. So Jesus’ words are true, every stone from the second temple has been thrown down. The western wall isn’t part of the temple at all.

Im only onhere. But here's an email I shared. Yom Teruah and Yom Kippur I'd like to share the theme of the Fall Feasts this year. This year I'm understanding Yom Teruah as the "voice" (phōnē) of the trumpet and Day of Atonement / Yom Kippur as "sound" (salpizo) of the trumpet. Hopefully I don't have to explain this distinction as it's been covered many times as the "voice" or "phone" of the trumpet to the elect is again summoning to the throne. Num 29:1 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath (šaḇâṯôn), a memorial (ziḵrôn) of blowing (ṯerû‘âh) of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord. The expression we read in English "of blowing the trumpets unto you" is a single Hebrew word. תְּרוּעָה tĕruw`ah Teruah is the word used in Josh 6 with Jericho when they Shouted! This happened after the seventh time they marched around the walls. Num 23:21 "the Lord his God is with him, and the shout (ṯerû‘âh) of a king is among them." This is the voice of the trumpet John heard in Rev 1:10 & 4:1. We also learned of the Lion, Ox, Man and Eagle trumpets of assembly. The "salpizo" sound of the trumpets is the Day of Atonement. Lev 25:8 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound.... and proclaim liberty throughout all the land Isa 61:1 proclaim liberty to the captives..... 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God. It's the salpizo in Mat 6 "when you do your alms, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues, to be seen of men." The seventh trumpet is to declare Christ as King! Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices (phōnē) in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. 1 Ki 1:34 And let Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him there king over Israel: and blow ye with the trumpet, and say, God save the king Amazing today I walked to the Gihon Spring where this happened, Glory to the King!

From the city of David into the temple. The temple is it's own 'address' if you will...The Bible does not say to the temple mount or Jerusalem. For example, if I took something out of Maryland into Washington DC, it doesn't mean it's not there, Washington DC is given the honor of having it's own 'address'. How much more should the temple not be in any city but be a location of it's own. Just another way of interpreting that same verse.

I agree that the location is where you are saying. the scripture says that the gentiles would trample the location of the temple. It would seem to me that this would have to be all the people who have come to see the holy land of the city of David in the form of tourists. something you might find interesting. If you know the letter shin, now this is directly from a hebrew, they believe that if the letter shin has a dot between the 2nd and third line that God is in it. Now look at the valleys where the city of David is the topography at that time has the same dimensions as the letter shin so if we place the temple in that location what is the similarity? שּ look closely the dot is between the right and middle lines. For the Fort Antonia over looked the Temple of the Jews. When the Temple was Destroyed the GOLD that lined the interior of it Melted all the way down to bed rock.. That is silly. The Antonia Fortress was never that big. It was not even built by the Romans (I'm not sure of that), that just took an old existing fortress and made improvements. I think Christians and Jews are desperate to believe that a 3rd. Temple will be erected to fulfil some prophecy, and since It probably will never happen on the Dome of the Rock, which for me is the right place, you are all looking for excuses to be somewhere else. No one seems to take that into consideration....the Gihon springs is located in the city of David. No running water runs from the temple mount. I often wonder if the temple was really located there and not on top of the mount.

My great great grandfather was a Robinson's very interesting thanks Leland I believe the city of David was the true Temple Mount.
If you do some research you will discover that Mt Zion was cut down and moved. Simon the Hasmonean ordered it. The current Zion is west of the original and it stood south of the location you believe is the location of the temples further confirming your belief because a tower stood on the original mt Zion. That’s where the guards used to watch the activity in the temple area.

Wouldn't those stones be under the old city of David and also since it was left in Total ruin would it be plausible that over time people used those stones to build dwellings through time, layer upon layer?
The city of David was from before the Temple was built and the Temple was not destroyed until over 400 plus years later.

Without rambling on, I'm to be coming up to a new area, which is the tail end of the last of my three long dreams. Each area seem's to last two years. The area I'm now in started March of 2017 Spring solstice. The commercial plane in the light on my left, was when a new Christian Brother acquaintance paid for my round trip plane ticket for the Shepherd's Chapel passover, including my hotel in 2017. I had never met him prior to this, but was in communication for about 6 or so month's prior to 2017 Passover. So I've been asking for more knowledge and wisdom that will help me in the next areas of this same long dream. I try not to share any of my dream's, too much. Unless you understood me and all of what GOD has chosen to share with me since age 7, it would be pretty hard to believe what I would have to say. I've heard it all, the negative, naysayers, it's not written in the Bible. The last two long dreams are shown in symbolic references to actual event's that are to take place. Unlike the first long dream GOD has given me. So unless you have been given validation dreams as I have, that helps me understand certain aspects of this last long dream, I guess it will just have to be as it is until these next area's come to be. I mention many things only to try and get some kind of understanding. This last long dream takes me all the way to when we are to leave. Just after I shown prophesying in front of satan, and later speak to the two engineer's, which I believe are symbolic of the two witnesses. There is, too many other visions and dreams, that the GOD has shown me since I started asking HIM about this around early 2016 to write down here. Your in depth charts, writings, video tours and knowledge of GOD'S WORD has been an awakening. You don't understand the topography of the city of David, where do you want to place the temple? over the ruins of the buildings , the whole excavation site is strewn with remnants which predate the Herod's temple structures or underneath them?

@@kingsway4906 That there is no need to search for the correct location of the first and second Temples because God Himself, in Ezekiel 43:12, is showing that they were erected upon the Temple Mount, where the dome of the rock is now situated. When they come to build the third Temple the only thing they need to find is the exact location of The Holy of Holies then they can build the Temple around that.
A passage in the dead sea scrolls read that the high priest could stand on the temple steps, look over past the golden gate and watch the sacrifice of the red heifer. You can't do that in the city of david.

It was torn down by the Roman soldiers, operating from the 35-acre high ground they preserved, called Fort Antonia. If you could come to Jerusalem you'd quickly realize the Temple is not hanging on the edge of a cliff into the Kidron Valley, no way.
@@LeelandJones I have been to Jerusalem and am intrigued at the slope of the hill that was never built upon. My understanding is that they believe that the foundations of the temple platform were sunk into the Kidron according to Josephus, which accounts for the dizzying height. It is believed to be the projecting tower or tower that "lieth out". The great height explains why it was such a huge deal for Satan to take Jesus to the pinnacle of the temple and suggest he throw himself down. Your new site would not have the height or the have a foundation in the Kidron. Additional evidence is that the oldest graves in the Kidron were oriented to the City of David, not the Haram (or your location). I personally believe that the location of the underground altar in the CoD is significant. Another significant find is the Greek Akra that was also near the temple - in the CoD.
The Temple is 10 stories high, that's the pinnacle.
It's an area of at least 300 cubits, a whole "complex" of buildings, sorry it's not over there off a cliff.
@@LeelandJones Consider exactly what kind of foundation is needed to support a ten story building. Josephus stated the wall started in the Kidron. There's no way around that fact. And this is confirmed by Nehemiah who sent two singing parties around the wall to celebrate the re-dedication of the temple. They ended up at the gates of the temple, with one clearly being the water gate - which was toward the east for access the Gihon spring house.

The Bible has "many" verses saying that the Spirit of Elohim "dwelt in the city of David," and I would think that His Spirit dwelt in His temple. As for all the archaeology etc. I still don't know…

Temple is facing the eastern gate & if this thing is this important then the entrance should have been magnificent & large... There is a valley right outside the eastern gate so the design doesn't make sense....

The Temple Institute claims that artifacts found on the Temple Mount prove that it is the true Temple location. But the Romans did more than destroy the Temple, the Romans tried to remove it's memory by destroying all records and scattering it's artifacts everywhere around. Therefore an artifact location is actually proof that the Temple was not at that location. The second Jewish Temple was completely rebuilt by the Maccabees, due to it's desecration by a capturing military, thus it is also the third Temple.
Why no one ever points out the Kings of Yahudah Palace? That was actually bigger and took longer to build than the Temple.

I believe you but Israel will not build 3rd temple in city of David because of the Archeology that your standing in. Israel religious leaders say 3rd temple will be built on south end of temple mount if Al aqsa mosque is shut down and relocated. The foundation stone will be separate from the temple.

About the Western Wall, I have asked the same question because Jesus’ words are true. So one Israeli brother in Christ who’s in the tourism business told me that the western wall was part of the temple complex built by King Herod. It is not part of the second temple but part of the whole complex which Herod extended during his time. So Jesus’ words are true, every stone from the second temple has been thrown down. The western wall isn’t part of the temple at all.
But Josephus told, coming to Jerusalem no one could see where the temple had been, and no one could make out where it once stood. But if there still had been walls at his time it would have been easy to calculate for everyone to tell where the temple once had been.

Yom Teruah and Yom Kippur
I'd like to share the theme of the Fall Feasts this year.
This year I'm understanding Yom Teruah as the "voice" (phōnē) of the trumpet and Day of Atonement / Yom Kippur as "sound" (salpizo) of the trumpet.
Hopefully I don't have to explain this distinction as it's been covered many times as the "voice" or "phone" of the trumpet to the elect is again summoning to the throne.
Num 29:1 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath (šaḇâṯôn), a memorial (ziḵrôn) of blowing (ṯerû‘âh) of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
The expression we read in English "of blowing the trumpets unto you" is a single Hebrew word.
תְּרוּעָה tĕruw`ah
Teruah is the word used in Josh 6 with Jericho when they Shouted! This happened after the seventh time they marched around the walls.
Num 23:21 "the Lord his God is with him, and the shout (ṯerû‘âh) of a king is among them."
This is the voice of the trumpet John heard in Rev 1:10 & 4:1. We also learned of the Lion, Ox, Man and Eagle trumpets of assembly.
The "salpizo" sound of the trumpets is the Day of Atonement.
Lev 25:8 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound.... and proclaim liberty throughout all the land
Isa 61:1 proclaim liberty to the captives.....
2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God.
It's the salpizo in Mat 6 "when you do your alms, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues, to be seen of men."
The seventh trumpet is to declare Christ as King!

From the city of David into the temple. The temple is it's own 'address' if you will...The Bible does not say to the temple mount or Jerusalem. For example, if I took something out of Maryland into Washington DC, it doesn't mean it's not there, Washington DC is given the honor of having it's own 'address'. How much more should the temple not be in any city but be a location of it's own. Just another way of interpreting that same verse.

I agree that the location is where you are saying. the scripture says that the gentiles would trample the location of the temple. It would seem to me that this would have to be all the people who have come to see the holy land of the city of David in the form of tourists. something you might find interesting. If you know the letter shin, now this is directly from a hebrew, they believe that if the letter shin has a dot between the 2nd and third line that God is in it. Now look at the valleys where the city of David is the topography at that time has the same dimensions as the letter shin so if we place the temple in that location what is the similarity? שּ look closely the dot is between the right and middle lines. The sad truth is that the next time the temple is rebuilt will herald the onset of the Antichrist. and with it the calling up and the beginning of the tribulation.

How should be situated Robinson’s arch to holy of the holy? Before, behind lateral immediate after the holy of holiest? Being a hill it can’t be to the same level it must be somewhere up under the highway or under El Aqsa mosque. For the Fort Antonia over looked the Temple of the Jews. When the Temple was Destroyed the GOLD that lined the interior of it Melted all the way down to bed rock.. So the Romans 60,000 soldiers made the Jews dig up and tear down their own temple to recover the GOLD. Be sure there are stones that exist today that have signs of burning on them.

Those houses have been identified from Solomons time.
That is silly. The Antonia Fortress was never that big. It was not even built by the Romans (I'm not sure of that), that just took an old existing fortress and made improvements. I think Christians and Jews are desperate to believe that a 3rd. Temple will be erected to fulfil some prophecy, and since It probably will never happen on the Dome of the Rock, which for me is the right place, you are all looking for excuses to be somewhere else. There are tons of evidence that point to the old temple be where It is believed to be today.

Does not both Josephus and the Leader of the Revolt at Masada (Eleazar) make it clear that nothing was left of the Jews after the Temple's destruction "save that of the Fortress of the Romans".
