The first session with my wife will be at 8 pm and then with the all star crew at 9 pm. I may do a third session with people that made the trip and that session will probably not be live.
At 10:33, you had a 7 high straight, why did you lose that one?
I did not have a straight. In this game I have to play 3 cards from the board and 2 from my cards. I could only have a straight if I use 3 of my cards which breaks the rules.
Seems like a bigger edge to the house over Texas Hold 'Em. More cards equals more for the dealer. That has to bring up their odds.
Its similar but the variance is way higher

I went very conservative. I lost some tough 3x bets this session.
One pair in Omaha is almost always NO GOOD. One over pair= 1x
Is an over pair of aces also a 1x bet? The queens were significantly the highest pair that hand.

Having a pocket pair in Omaha gives you 2 outs to make trips and 6 outs to make two pair (8 outs to improve), but having four different cards gives you 12 outs to make two pairs (12 outs to improve).
Four connected cards in two suits like Qhearts Jhearts 8clubs 7clubs (connected double suited) is better than a pocket pair because it gives 12 outs to improve to two pairs plus so many more outs to make straights and flushes.
Let’s compare the “outs” equations in UTH to what we know about Super Omaha.
In UTH 19 outs = play and 23 0uts = fold
This magic number comes because…
52 cards in the deck minus your two hole cards = 50 remaining cards
19 outs plus the dealers odds of having a pocket pair adds 3 more outs = 22 = 44% chance of dealer win (play)
23 outs plus the dealers odds of having a pocket pair adds 3 more outs = 26 = 52% chance of dealer win (fold)
In Super Omaha with the dealer having FOUR unknown hole cards plus five community cards, the odds of the dealer hitting better hands hand than pocket QQ or pocket AA are exponentially greater while YOUR odds of improving are reduced because you only have the turn and river left to help you improve. ALSO, IF you hit two pairs on the flop it gives you blockers that reduce the dealer's outs.
In my opinion
A/any hand that has 2 pairs or better on the flop is a 3x.
B/Any hand that is only one pair on the flop may be a 1x (a low pair with no straight or flush draws to improve may be a fold)
C/any "connected double suited" hands that gave you four cards to a HIGH straight or four cards to a flush would be 1x.
D/ any "connected double suited" hands that gave you a pair plus four cards to a HIGH straight or four cards to a flush would be 3x.
Would love to see you test this strategy on your next stream.

I had good cards with the ace, I believe I had the dealer out kicked too. They just connected on a two pair. If we saw all the cards, would it have changed our 3x decision?
U had a Heart flush and the dealer had a FH. You lost the hand but I feel like you missed that flush.

It was a baby smash, hand is all good. That hand sucked because I hit 3 pairs and the first card I saw was horrible for me.

I like it, this session could have been great. I lost some tough hands this session that normally would have held up.
I don’t know man. This game seems like a losing game. Junky bonus payouts and hard to hit winning hands.
Some of my best sessions were in this game. I had some tough loses where I hit the board completely. Can’t do anything about that.
